I'm not sure where to start about my engagement ring buying experience with these two wonderful people. From beginning to end, they were there every step of the way. When I first reached out to Greg via email, he responded within the hour with ideas for the ring and when we could meet in his office. I gave him my budget and he never persuaded me once to go beyond my budget and worked extremely well within what I could afford. The entire ring buying experience with them was incredible. I am so happy I chose them based off other reviews because I did not want to go to a big-box jeweler where I knew I would try to get sold on a ring I necessarily didn't want.

Greg, Mary Ann and I met multiple times. I got to pick out the engagement band from a book they had with thousands of choices. The next time we met, Greg had ordered a variety of diamonds that were in the carat size, cut, and price range that I was looking for to pick the perfect diamond for him to mount on the band. After choosing everything I wanted, he had it ready within a week's time.

I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did for me. My now fiance absolutely loves her ring. Greg and Mary Ann both followed up with me asking about how the proposal went and even sent us a congratulations card on our engagement with a personal written message as well as a thank you card. I don't think you can find this type of service in other places, but they went above and beyond my expectations when it came to buying an engagement ring.

Cannot recommend greg enough!!! I bought a diamond online and brought it to Greg to have set and mounted. Having never gone though the experience of buying an engagement ring, Greg made navigating the entire process effortless and stress free. After visiting a handful of jewelers in the area who gave very little information, suggestions, or advice about the process; Greg answered all my questions honestly and genuinely from the minute I stepped into his office. There is a very real reason he has so many reviews with a 5 star average. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and helped design a beautiful band and setting with me. He sent over a CAD mock up of the ring before I had to pay or commit to anything, allowing me to see exactly what it would look like. After confirming the design, a day later I quickly had to pivot to a bit simpler design in order to accommodate my tight deadline. Without any pushback Greg said it wouldn’t be a problem at all and offered suggestions and options for me. The ring turned out absolutely stunning and helped make my dream proposal a reality.
