Vita E' Bella Nail & Day Spa — Attraction in West Palm Beach

This place is very clean with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. The staff is very nice and I love how they are professionally dressed, in uniforms, and well-groomed. The reason that I am giving it three stars is because I was put into a pedicure chair that was very uncomfortable. Although they appear to be new and in very good shape, there was barely any stuffing in it, and so you felt the knobs of the massager that was inside the chair come through and it was very uncomfortable and bothersome on your back. When I mention this to the person who was taking care of me, she mentioned that they had recently been purchased and that was how they came. She was very good at her job when it came to the maintenance of my feet and hands, however, the nail polishing part left much to be desired. I had asked for a French manicure and pedicure and the lines were crooked and not well done. She had done the lines freehand. She already have another customer ready for her by the time I was done, and I wanted to get home since I was there over an hour or so. In all fairness, I didn't say anything to her since I did not really notice until I was out in the lighted parking lot and took a good look at my hands and feet. It was not horrible, however, after I paid $125 for the services, I just think that she could have taken a really good look at everything before letting me go. Again, I should have said something instead of just leaving, but I was done. I would still recommend this place, but they need to do something with those chairs and make sure that the professionals that they have providing services look over their final work before they let...

I had to write a review over this because my experience was so poor :( I had called about noon and made an appointment today for 1:45PM for 2* people. I was so grateful they were able to fit us in! My friend and I walked in at 1:45, we were not acknowledged for roughly 7 mins or so. Finally someone greeted us..but not very kindly. I introduced myself and said I scheduled an appointment for 1:45. She said for pedicures right? I picked out my gel nail polish and then we stood around for another 10 mins. At this point, it was a little after 2:00. I sat down and the same women from the front said “you said 1 pedicure” and looked over at my friend sitting beside me. My friend said it was okay but I was not okay with that! I had clearly said 2 pedicures over the phone and then confirmed again when we came in! At this point, it’s roughly 2:07..over 20 mins past 1:45 and we haven’t started my pedicure. I asked the lady getting ready to do my feet, if she could do my pedicure in 45 mins (instead of an hour- this time is stated on their website where pricing is). She said Español? And I shook my head no. She walked to grab another tech and she translated what I has asked. She gave a huge sigh and said yes..like I had just asked her to do an unheard of task. She then looked at my nail polish and said she couldn’t do gel in 45 mins. So now we speak English? Yesterday I went into Vita E' Bella Nail & Day Spa for a manicure/pedicure. Not only did the owner choose the most perfect shades for me for both - pretty much new bottles, all super clean, but she made me feel so welcome (I had just arrived in for the season the night before). All of the staff were so great and my manicurist did the most precise job, perfectly shaping my nails exactly the way I described and painted like a total pro. This experience was so lovely, so incredibly refreshing - I would HIGHLY recommend you visit Vita E' Bella for manicures and pedicures among other excellent services they provide - including amazing facials but that warrants its own review. Ask for Marco - he is incredible - Marco gave me the most awesome facial - he truly knows how to deliver results and his customer service level is incredible. The layers of this procedure - I mean talk about being truly spoiled! extractions, exfoliation, pure vitamin C applications, LED mask that was fabulous! made my skin regenerate collagen almost on the spot, I will be back next week Marco, thank you - you really did an absolutely amazing job.
