Absolutely terrible customer service. I was waiting in line to cash out because the male employee was still assisting the customer before me. While I was looking at the items they have in the queue, I kept looking over my shoulder to see if he or anyone was ready to assist me. There was one girl who wasnât standing near the cash register but instead was sitting down on a step stool, she didnât address us or say anything like âare you all set?â Or âcan I cash you out when youâre ready?â Instead she was just sitting saying nothing. It took another customer coming into the line and asking us if we were in line, for her to get up and walk to the register. I said to the other customer âyes we areâ and then I saw her standing at the register and said âoh are you ready?â (Not meaning it in any negative way I just didnât know she was now the cashier because of her SITTING AWAY FROM THE REGISTER) and she said âoh I was always readyâ then I said âohâ and she asked âdo you have a phone number with us?â And I said âyesâ and typed it in then she scanned it and I tapped my card and waited⌠she said nothing so I assumed the transaction was over and took my things. Said thank you and she didnât acknowledge it at all. As someone who has worked in customer service for 8 years and being around the same age as her. I just donât understand why people donât put the effort in when you literally work at the customer service center. Itâs in your job description and just basic...

Iâm not sure what kind of customer service training is happening there â if any â but the people working that area have truly mastered the art of ignoring others. Itâs almost impressive.
No âhi,â no eye contact, not even a quick âIâll be right with you.â Just blank stares and awkward silence, like I wasnât even standing there. It felt more like a weird social experiment than a return process. How long can a person be ignored before they walk out?
Customer service? Yeah, not a thing here. Itâs more like customer avoidance. Honestly, I think Iâd get a warmer welcome walking into a random strangerâs house.
The only exception â and big shout-out â goes to the woman with the black hair. Sheâs the one person there who actually knows how to treat people with some...

Bryan was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely encouraged me to ask questions instead of just rushing through answers. He was thorough, detailed, and made sure I felt confident about every step of the process.
Even when my husband went to pick up the computer, he came back saying, âThat guy is greatâhe really cares about doing good work.â And I completely agree. This isnât the first time Iâve interacted with Bryan, and every time he stands out.
Kudos to Bryan for being a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. He made a stressful situation feel manageable and delivered excellent...
