The experience itself was a lot of fun and the staff made it very simple. Our assigned staff member was so helpful and very kind and my mom who was so hesitant to come because she thought she’d never be happy to do it was so happy when she walked out.
My only complaints are the brushes are so hard and difficult to paint with, they clearly need to be cleaned better at the end of the night and I think they may need a new blade to cut the designs. My stencil had intricate details that were not cut properly that four of us (including a AR staff member) had trouble weeding it and had to piece the image back together in places to make it look correct. The same happened with my sisters project. It was just the smaller images that weren’t cut correctly. I felt disappointed about that and felt that part should have been less frustrating.
I have also been attempting to contact the business since we left, both via voicemail and email and can’t get a response. So apparently unless you have a class scheduled, customers inquiries aren’t very important to them.
I’d still go back. The overall experience was very good, I just felt a customer based business like this that creates special and intricate projects would be a little better with the...

Below is what the website states, which makes no mention of needing to pay an additional $7, so be sure to ask if there are additional costs when registering.
"We are offering a 2nd pillow for just $25. If you make one pillow, it is $40, or make 2 for $65 total. NOTE: The promotion is good for each individual person. Each person pays $40 base price and then can add the 2nd pillow for them to...
Read moreSlightly disappointed compared to first time. Last year my friend and I made 2 boards for the holiday season. The room wasn't crowded, and we were guided the entire time. This second time was upsetting. There were 2 large parties going on and only 2 people working; One, a young and attentive high school employee, the other was older and running the show. We were not given much help as the older man was more attentive to the groups of younger women. The young employee was kind and worked with our group which was 4 older women. We did have previous experience but help still would have been appreciated. 3 hours is not enough to complete all projects. Our boards turned out ok but last years' experience was much better....
