The goal of this review is to provide you input from my experience, it is not meant to dampen your spirits or curb your enthusiasm..
IndoMex food is a wonderful concept so kudos to the young entrepreneurs for opening a restaurant that could possibly provide a delectable experience that said the dish (lamb bowl) doesn’t have to be unnecessarily spiked with chilies. It ended up partially spoiling what could have been a tastier experience !
Suggestion : When I called to place my pick up order, I should have been asked, what level / intensity of chillies do I want.
Just because an individual is of Indian descent doesn’t necessarily mean that he / she eats unnecessarily too much chillies..
Dishes / spices / flavors that offer great food experiences from the different parts of India and Mexico should be the foundation and or intention / inspiration of your venture.
You could do a spring / summer menu that provides lighter dishes for now and heavier dishes for a fall / winter menu down the road.
Guac : your offering is too liquidy almost like a purée.. I am sure you have experienced Guac from Chipotle or other Mexican restaurants. Guac needs to be a bit thick and you should be able to taste / bite the pieces of avocado. You could give it an Indian touch by adding kairi / raw mango or ripe mango and coriander or mint.
Pricing vis a vis portion size : you could do slightly better here, either increase your portion size or reduce pricing marginally.. Volume and a large happy clientele should be your goal..

Read moreJust had an incredible meal at a new Indian-Mexican fusion spot in Westfield, and I can’t stop thinking about it! The food was the perfect blend of bold Indian spices and Mexican street food vibes—every bite was a flavor explosion.
We tried a little bit of everything: the paneer and chicken bowls were hearty and packed with flavor, layered with beautifully spiced spice or naan, variety of toppings, and creamy sauces that tied it all together. The loaded tots were pure comfort food with a fun fusion twist, and the butter chicken nachos?! Unreal!
The empanadas had a perfectly crisp shell and were stuffed with flavorful fillings! We tried the paneer and the Vegan which had the most flavorful chole. And the mango lassi was the ideal finish: sweet, refreshing, and just creamy enough-they even have a tajin option!
On top of the amazing food, the staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to share the menu with us. You can tell they care deeply about creating a great experience. They walked us through the fusion concept, made thoughtful recommendations, and checked in with sincere hospitality.
This place isn’t just a novelty fusion concept—it’s good food with great people behind it. Creative, balanced, and made with love. Can’t...

We loved the samosa chaat with the various textures annd flavor combos, and the build-your-own bowl was a big hit with my wife. We also shared tacos which were amazing and highlighted the fusion of flavors. Everything is made fresh on the premises, and I even got to watch them cook the naan dough right in front of me! My son couldn’t get enough of the butter naan, and my wife and I devoured the cheese garlic naan.
They just started serving desserts today, and the Ras Malai Tres Leches was phenomenal—don’t skip it!
We also loved how customizable everything was. You can go with meat, lentils and veggies for a high-protein, health-conscious option, or treat yourself with breads and rice. Either way, you’re in for a flavorful meal.
We couldn’t post all the items since we dug in too quickly.
We’ll definitely be...
