Visited on May 18 3024 Came here on a whim and the service was TOP NOTCH.. 3 young men were manning the front and they were so professional and patient with my Indecisive husband. They told us about the popular items and checked on us regularly. I hate it when you're trying to eat and they check on you too much. But they didn't do that. We had the Karaage Chicken Wings which there is an option for boneless... wish is a plus for me and the seasoning on the chicken was great!! I love the orange sauce that came with it but I didn't like the other 1 which had a strong taste to it but mixed together it was good!!. They also served lemon mint water and that's another PLUS!!

We had the Sum Ramen which was indeed spicy. I do not like spice but sometimes I will challenge myself.. but this was good. The bowl was filled with fresh ingredients but the broth needed a bit more salt for us and the pork belly (I normally get pork but I didn't like their pork) was a bit dry and not cut thinly. We added more soy sauce and garlic oil then it was perfect. You can customize the ramen how you want it even the noodles. But unlike traditional ramen that comes with a soy egg, they charge you for that which is weird. The decor and the place were wonderful as well. I'd go here again if I'm in town but this wasn't the best ramen I've tasted. Parking is hard to find cause it's street parking near other popular businesses as well. But all in all, because of the service we received that's why we'll come back if we're in town. Bill came out to around $83 for 2 ramens that had extra shrimp and a soy egg added for a fee and...

Came here with my family for our anniversary and walking in the atmosphere is very nice! As an anime fan, I loved looking at the figures they had on display.

Looking over the menu, it had a really good selection of dishes to choose from. I went for my goto dish miso ramen, my son wanted to try the oxtail ramen and my husband got the vegetarian ramen. For appetizers, I ordered the chicken wings then my husband and son both ordered the pork/vegetable bao buns. Everything was very delicious!!!!

Our host for the night was very attentive and checked in on us regularly. He was really nice, everyone was friendly. You didn't feel rushed at all either. We finished our food and enjoyed the place while our food settled.

My family and I enjoyed our time and will...

I used to travel all the way to the Millburn location, despite all other nearby ramen shops around, to just eat their ramen. I’m a bit of a ramen snob, so I’m pleased to say that the Westfield location mirrors the Millburn one in quality and taste.

Good ramen is hard to come by (soup flavor depth, umami, noodle texture, ratio/portions)– Sum Ramen nails it. Trust me when I say I’ve been to most ramen shops in the county and they do not compare. Their flavors are not for the seasoning sensitive taste buds, their flavors are bold and pack a punch.

My go tos are the garlic ramen, pan friend dumplings, shrimp boa buns, and the mapo tofu–but overall I like everything. Even appreciate the mint and lemon...
