Akai Lounge Westfield — Restaurant in Westfield

Bad customer service. I ordered for delivery because i had such a nice salad previously. But unfortunately I don't remember what's the name of it. So, i called them and asked about ingredients. I exactly asked about Caribbean tuna salad, crab salad and akai special salad. I asked him that akai special salad contains raw fish and he said yes. Caribbean tuna salad has raw tuna but no lettuces as well as crab salad doesn't have lettuce but sea weed. so i ordered akai special salad. However i got delivered tuna salad (picture of receipt) i called them again they apologized it and delivered again thankfully. But again they delivered crab salad instead of akai special salad!!! Because of their mistake i had to push my lunch time for 1 and half. I called again and told the guy "you delivered wrong food again. I got crab salad. And a guy talked someone next to him and then other guy spoke; that's the akia special salad. You CHANGED your mine and we delivered another one so there's nothing to do with it. Excuse me? I asked accurately what it is in specific salad and then i made order so the previous guy gave me wrong information. And he said he believed the other guy didn't say that. PLUS he said the first guy recommended tuna salad because i wanted raw fish. Yet, anyway I ordered special salad, why did you sent me a tuna salad at the first time then?????? I never ever changed my mine. I just wanted that akia special salad i expected that he explained me. Oh in addition the guy who took the last phone call said all information about foods are on online(or brochure, I didn't got this part what he said.) thus since they didn't bring any brochure i checked online web site and there's no explanation of food. I just said I'm so disappointed and i will never ever order again.I couldn't take picture of first salad that was delivered but here's second on. Terrible experience. Our service was bad. They didn't give us menus till 10 minutes after we sat down and 1 minute after that we were told to hurry up and put in our order as a big table just got sat and if we don't order now we'll have to wait.... so we quickly glanced and gave our order. The Waitress put down our kids food promising to return with chopsticks/forks immediately... 5 minutes later of hungry kids staring at their food (which you know is a lifetime) we finally waved her down and reminded her. Actually anytime we asked for anything she acted as if we were bothering her and she had more important things to do. We were never Checked up on and had to flag her down for everything. Food: Our food came missing ingredients, perhaps this was cause of the big table that got sat? I knew something was wrong with our order, but since I only glanced at the menu I thought maybe I miss read it? But no, I checked online when I got home and it seems they decided we didn't need lobster salad on any of our rolls or sushi pizza but didnt tell us.
