Greyhound Plaza — Attraction in Westfield

It's a "Best buy" store. Sales staff are friendly but lack knowledge & made no attempt to seek answers to my questions. Without the answers I wasn't sure which one to buy. It's a job! Some of the information spewed was flat out wrong but I'm here to shop not teach. After doing my own in store research next snag; they say they match prices but only when they choose "manager" was a matter of fact, dismissive, errigant & rude. I took current store flyers & they wouldn't match so I left & purchased elsewhere. Brick and mortar stores wandering why customers are loving online shopping this is why! This little strip mall if you will is an excellent little collection of restaurants Best Buy, Office Depot, Barnes & Noble, Charleston's Restaurant and others. We did some shopping here for the Christmas season and found it to be very accessible to all of the shopping in the area. There is a Simon Mall just across the street which is an open now. As well as a collection near their Lowe's Home Depot as well as of course Walmart, Kohl's. So this is an excellent location and amongst all go to shopping in the Carmel- Westfield...

For the price, this is a solid establishment. It is on the pricey side, but fare is up to the price. Service is always great. We've been several times over the years and if the food (especially steak) is not right they will make it right. Drinks are above average. Wife loves the lemon drop martinis.
