As with the previous review, T-Mobile has been nothing but a disappointment. They promise you the moon and the stars and then take your trade in phone. Once the trade-in phone leaves your possession, they mysteriously find āwater damageā. I wish I had researched the situation further as it is known, rampantly, that this mysterious water damage is found so they do not have to uphold their promise. They remove the trade credit as well as other discounts on the new phone. Avoid T-Mobile, they in my opinion, have fraudulent practices. I can assure you that my phone was not damaged. I am an older woman that takes very good care of my personal items. My phone had the glass protection and high end case. In addition, my phone was never around water, or a water source. It is convenient that once they have your phone, they mysteriously say it has water damage, and then you do not have the ability to have it inspected on your own to confirm that it didnāt. if youāre with another carrier, stay with them, or choose a more reputable company other than T-Mobile. This is unfortunate as I was a customer of sprint for many many years without issue. Avoid T-Mobile and their questionable practices like the plague! To add insult to injury, the map that I was shown that indicated I was to have a superior service was not accurate. If you call customer service to try to resolve these issues, you are promised that it is corrected only to learn on your next billing that they told you what you wanted to hear to get you off the phone. No corrections have taken place. Attempts to speak with management have been disregarded as āsorry for your luckā. To say I am salty would be an understatement. I specifically turned my phone in at this branch location and did not mail my phone to the vendor so I would not have this additional hassle. I can only assume that one of two things have taken place, either my phone was damaged at the local store and submitted to their vendor or it was damaged along the route. I can assure you it was not damaged in any manner in my possession. I would never recommend anyone to T-Mobile for coverage, phone upgrade, or any accountability. they do provide the bait and switch and find avenues to avoid the responsibility to uphold their end without the customer being able to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSprint and this store have to be watched. I would give a zero if possible. From the associates to the manager none of them are professional, or do what they say. I was looking at my bill and noticed nearly $150 of unauthorized charges on the account activation fee charge for phones that have no activation fee then a free tablet that was supposed to have activation fees waived wasn't waived. After almost getting everything resolved after working with Dion the manager who all of a sudden turned ugly and hung up the phone these people are very unprofessionalespecially Samantha and the tall brown skin gentleman I couldn't see his name tag was good for nothing the employee sat there and lied in front of the managers face and then the manager had the audacity to act like she was telling the truth. I see it this way if you got to give personal information credit card information your name and address you don't want dishonest people that will lie within a 32nd conversation directly to your face buyer beware consumer safety warning do not shop at the Sprint Store at Clay Terrace whatsoever Sprint they need a makeover or you need to close them down they will destroy your brand;these people are incompetent an rude.If you lie in my face, I will call you a liar!If the facts of your coworkers performance offend you tell them to do better don't be upset with me the customer. I have a standards and deserve kind, friendly, honest service;especially...
Ā Ā Ā Read more!! BUYER BEWARE !! This store WILL scam you if you do not pay close attention while buying a phone. My bill is $40/month more than what I signed up for because they sneakily put 'accessories' on my lease.
While buying my phone, I laid out that I only wanted a plan that would be around $150/month. The salesperson tried to get me to bundle my phone with two ipads, one ipad, and then finally just my phone. He then says I could get a case and a wireless charger for no extra charge. Sweet! Turns out, I just didn't have to pay any money at that moment and it would be a lease. Okay, fair enough, I should have read the fine print. Then, at the end of the transaction, he says that he can throw in a Sprint Drive and Safe & Found tracker for free. I take them, and then find out that the Sprint Drive doesn't work on my car and the tracker is for an animal I don't have. Whatever. Turns out, I'm paying monthly for those too! And they won't cancel the lease unless I pay for them outright! And I literally can't use these products anyway!
Takes hours on the phone and threatening to end my service to clean up after their shady tactics. Do yourself a favor and walk out with exactly what you wanted when you came in. Or, don't shop...
