Happy Lemon 120th — Attraction in Westminster

I love this place!

F:I love the drinks, they are the best place I've had so far, flavor and health wise since a lot of other places use syrups that make you feel gross, this is much better in my personal opinion. Others around the same area are great too but if I had to choose they would win! Anybody can find a drink that fits their ideal taste personally I can never get enough of this one drink (E6 I'm pretty sure) it doesn't fit everyone's taste but either way I am pretty picky and that's how simple that is.

S: The employees here keep to themselves a little and are kinda quiet, but they do pretty well other than that to socialize and be friendly.

A: OH. MY. GOSH. They let you draw on the glass and it's amazing! Almost every time you come in there's a new drawing and they are really good too, the general vibe or however you want to put it is very calm, you could do your homework there they have anime playing on the tv sometimes and they are pretty good choices too (for the helicopter mom's, yes the anime is appropriate),one final thing is the smell it smells pretty good inside and isn't too overwhelming for me personally, but overall the atmosphere is amazing I couldn't...

The employees are nice and I really love the options that Happy Lemon offers. However, it’s always a 50/50 chance if my drink is going to be made right/with care. Sometimes sweetness adjustments aren’t correct, but the most unreliable thing for me though is the way they make their smoothies. When it’s made right (all ingredients mixed well) it is delicious! However, when it is left with huge chunks or even small chucks of ice it’s basically undrinkable. As seen in the photos, the most recent drink I ordered had a ton of ice chunks left unblended. I couldn’t drink the last 1/4 of my drink because of the chunks and the other 3/4 that was drinkable was just liquid - not a blended smoothie. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It’s disappointing and frustrating for it to be such hit or miss depending on the day or employee who makes the drink, when I am spending $7-10 on a drink. I gave them a 5 star before because the boba and lemonade was good. However, I’m changing it to a 1 star review this time because of their customer service. This last visit, I bought 3 boba drinks and a bubble waffle. The teenage boys who were working at the time didn’t even offer me a cup holder; I had to ask for one. When I carried them out of the store, the cup holder tipped and I dropped one cup and lost a drink. I came back in and told them I broke one of my drinks, the boy at the cashier didn’t offer to replace it and he had a “I don’t care” expression on his face. I had to pay for another one.
