I bought the engagement ring for my fiancee from Andaaz Jewelers, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I was living in New Jersey at the time, and had been referred to this jeweler by a family member. Since I was doing this from long distance, I did not even have a chance to see the ring in person before purchasing it - that is how much I trusted this jeweler after all the communication back and forth. My fiancee was very specific in what she wanted (but obviously this was a surprise so we couldn't outright ask her). The salesperson Ankur was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He was able to give his honest opinion on diamond quality and worth. He was able to help me find a diamond that was within my budget that was beautiful. I sent him a picture of the type of band that I wanted, and he came back with a very detailed CAD drawing of what the ring would look like once put together. After I purchased it and received it in the mail, I was amazed at how beautiful this ring was. Every question I had along the way was answered quickly and diligently. I had an excellent experience at Andaaz. I was in the market and extremely skeptical of buying jewelry online - as you would imagine. After many research, I placed an order for a necklace and the team at Andaaz was extremely helpful. They contacted me to verify the details - item, shipping, etc - and even helped with re-entering the order because there was a technical issue. I wasn't sure I'd be at home to receive the order when it arrived, so they suggested that they could ship it to a nearby CVS - which worked out great for me; I got the order in 2-3 business days.

I later decided I wanted to buy a pendant and a bracelet, but I wanted to see real-life pictures, so I called them back up and they provided me with a number for someone who could assist. This guy was amazing also; I had many questions, including length, thickness, etc and he provided pictures, with a ruler and measuring instrument, showing all the information. He also offered recommendations and, even suggested that I didnt buy a bracelet because it was too big for the size of my hand, so I only purchased the pendant; he literally gave up a sale; what GREAT customer service!!!
