Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Westmont

I never wrote a bad review in my life but, the customer service here is completely atrocious! I called once tonight and the first time the phone picked up.. no one said hello.. then I was hung up on. I thought this was an error and called back and after they said “Pizza hut,” I said “Can I get an order for delivery?” This man responded, “We are not taking more deliveries tonight.” Then hung up! No apologetic tone or anything. Which I found super odd since they are open till 11pm on a Tuesday night 2/19/18. He could have offered a pick up and I would have gladly picked it up! But he hung up on me with out letting me get a word in. So I called back asking to speak to the manager. The man responded that he was the manager! I asked what his name is and he said “I’m not telling you my name.” Wow, Pizza Hut! Employing some really great staff in the restaurant and hospitality business! If I acted like that I would have been fired. And yes, I work in the same industry. Shame on you manager. You lost my business!...

Always get the Pan pizza with xtra cheese and half mushrooms. It's sooo good. It's always good. Never once have I had a bad experience and this pizza hut. Everyone that works there is very friendly and are always busy. I usually order Friday nights cuz I don't wanna cook. Sometimes I get it delivered. Last Friday was one of those times and a black man with a ponytail I think(?) & had a southern accent. .... . He was so friendly & kind. He had a smile on his face the min I greeted him at the door. He was so apologetic about the fact he brought the wrong receipt but I kindly signed a different one and told him I had put a tip on the credit card for him & he was so appreciative it made me smile. They always have great service and the food is always ready in a timely fashion.... I will continue to order from that pizza hut exclusively by...

Very poor customer service. I ordered online and was told a specific time it would arrive. 10 minutes past the designated time, I called the location and spoke to the manager, Shaniqua. She said that the driver was in a suburb quite a distance from my home, even though the store is only 2 miles away from my home. Fifteen minutes later Shaniqua, Pizza Hut Manager, called and asked if I had received my pizza. I told her no and she said she was making another one for me and would have the driver deliver it directly to me. An hour and a half later I got a lukewarm pizza from a driver named Jacob, who had a horrible attitude. Shaniqua, gave me a $15 credit, but I would rather have a pizza delivered hot and on time. I just used the $15 credit and it's adios for Pizza Hut. ...
