I was going to be in the area so I called this place twice to see if they had an item I need. Nobody ever picked up, so I decided to just go give it a shot. Boy was I disappointed as soon as I walked in. Not only was I not greeted but I had to wait about 15 mins for somebody to finally come help. This is when the fun started. I was finally approached by a little old man who asked me if I "needed something". I asked to see a specific item and the price tag was outrageous! About 3 times more than stores that are located downtown! When I asked if they can do better on the price, I was asked if I was going to use cash or credit. I replied credit and he says "You are trying to wheel and deal using plastic? Your parents must not have taught you better!" Are you kidding me? I will never return to this place again. Horrible customer service coupled with out-of-this-world prices?...

So we couple times bought stuff pipe bong . Also bought battery pen took home try to used didn’t work so I bought some else and work just fine . I don’t need it . So my wife tried to return and Guy would not return it : so if someone buy something and doest work . as business should return it I know how used vape pen!! I will not go here again . Bad customer service . Don’t go there plenty of other around !! I Will despite it if have to you had your chance terrible customer service you don’t stand behind your product that you sell so after two years you respond wow and then now you want to give me a free one or are you just trying to say face? I found a good place to buy from I don’t need...

First off I should say that I am an older adult. Some shops like these, especially vape shops, can feel unwelcoming to older adults. Believe me....I have been to quite a few that feel like everyone just will ignore you. Not this place. The young gentlemen that normally wait on me are extremely patient and friendly, their customer service makes me come back even if there is a difference in price of one of their products. I trust my purchases are backed by their desire to sell quality products. I have never had an issue returning a malfunctioning product. Definitely the place to go for knowledgeable and superior...
