Great store and well stocked but the customer service is very poor. I have been shopping at this store for years and I usually have a pleasant experience. There seems to be new staff that need to have a learning and development session on customer service. The girl at the register was rude and rolled her eyes at me at least 3x, I was completing a return and ordering another item that they didnāt have in store. I asked if I ordered with her if they shipping would be faster, rolled her eyes in annoyance and said flatly āitās the Sameā whereas before this interaction a Lulu store lead told me it would be faster shipping. She also huffed and puffed when I asked her to honor my āsweat collective member discountā more eye rolls on that one. Lulu hereās a tip- have your staff complete more training on customer service or hire better staff. When youāre spending $120 plus on a zip-up you would think that the customer service would match the pricing and the premier location...

I went to a group of 4-5 employees just standing around in the back and asked if I could exchange these leggings. I was told no (which is fine, I can understand people saying no). My problem is that when they said no, I mentioned I could pull up the policy I saw, and as I was saying this, they looked at me, turned away and started a conversation amongst themselves. I tried to get their attention several times after this and they ignored me. Finally I went to the front of the store and ONE associate was kind enough to look at the policy with me and ask their manager. Turned out they had not trained everyone about that new policy. Overall thankful that I could do my exchange and for the one person who did help but disappointed in how rude those first few employees were, especially because they ended up...

I was met with some of the most pretentious employees Iāve ever encountered. Yeah I know itās Westport but this is another level. I was trying to buy 5 pairs of shorts and 2 polos. I couldnāt find my size for one of the shorts and asked a gentleman for help. He looked at me like I had 2 heads and turned away to go in the back room. Ok⦠I decide to just go checkout and figure I will ask the cashier to check. She completely ignores me and just rings up my clothes. I try complimenting her bag to get her attention and she says yeah these are only for employees you canāt have one. Ok⦠I didnāt ask for one I was just saying it was cool.
