⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I was a loyal customer here—coming in 2–3 times a week, spending money, and enjoying what I thought was a good community. One day, the manager met me outside and told me I was no longer welcome due to “cultural differences.” When I respectfully asked for clarification, I was told there was nothing more he could say. I even followed up via Facebook Messenger and was given the same vague, dismissive response.
As someone with a disability, being turned away like that—without any explanation—was not only confusing but deeply hurtful. To be clear: I was never confrontational, disrespectful, or in violation of any policy.
Even worse, I’ve heard regulars here openly brag about having people kicked out simply because they didn’t like them. That speaks volumes about the kind of toxic culture being allowed here.
Also, the lounge environment is anything but relaxing. Unlike most cigar lounges that promote a quiet, respectful space, this place allows people to blast videos on their phones with no headphones, even with TVs already on. It’s chaotic, loud, and not the kind of atmosphere cigar lovers usually look for.
If you’re looking for a respectful, welcoming, and chill cigar lounge experience—this isn’t it.
(I have screenshots from messenger to back this up.)
UPDATE REVIEW AS OF 6/17/25
Let’s be clear—this situation had nothing to do with any inappropriate behavior at your lounge. I shared personal, confidential information with someone I thought I could trust. That person clearly chose to gossip about it, and now I’m being judged based on hearsay—not facts.
What I shared had absolutely nothing to do with your business, staff, or patrons. If you’re excluding me based on someone else’s personal interpretation of my life—rather than anything I did in your establishment—that’s a serious overreach and a poor reflection of how you handle conflict.
At no point was I approached, warned, or given any explanation when this supposedly occurred. There is no posted code of conduct in your lounge or on your website, yet you’re referencing a “zero-tolerance” policy that was never communicated.
And for the record: the legal matter you’re likely referencing has been resolved. I won. My name has been cleared.
Your response isn’t about policy—it’s about personal bias. I’ve supported your business in good faith and deserved better. I stand by my review and how I’ve...
Read moreI ended up going here with a few friends last night! Moved to the area in 2020, but always noticed it was closed, but I guess new owners had taken over since then and now it’s open again under new management. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but inside it’s a smaller lounge but extremely cozy and warm. They have a nice sized walk-in humidor with plenty of selections. We sat out on the patio with the fire pit on, it was a great time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They came out several times and made sure we had enough wood for the fire pit to stay toasty and comfy out there. They were very professional and knowledgable, and very social and easy to talk with. Parking lot is small, but not a deal breaker from coming back again soon. Like I said fun times, nice and cozy, warm and friendly staff. Just a good smooth smoke and peaceful!! Will definitely go back again real...
Read moreI gave this place 1 star cause I couldn't give it zero stars if I could. Came in to smoke a cigar and the ventilation was horrible, when I left my clothes smelled of nothing but smoke and my eyes where burning. Very small and a terrible cigar selection super high priced as if you where in Downtown. Its ridiculous that they have a 2 cigar minimum just to sit and enjoy a cigar. After the purchase I couldn't even enjoy my cigar cause of the 2 loud mouths customers who are both very highly opinionated and believe only their opinions mattered. All I wanted was to enjoy my cigar in a quite place unfortunately Havana Joe's is not the place unless you want to pay high prices and listen to the idiots yapping non-stop don't come here. I WILL...
