DON’T USE GIFT CARDS HERE!! Bought gift cards and had a big order and wanted to use them. They were 4 - $25 separate gift cards. My order was about $75 and I used the 4th gift card for the remaining amount of about $22. They then said you can’t have the remaining balance on your gift card. I was extremely upset and they wasted my whole gift card. I asked to talked to the manager who couldn’t help at all. They even had to call the head store manager. By this time my food was getting cold and I’m standing there just waiting this entire time. The customer service was horrendous. I had gone here to pick up two sandwiches. One which was an avo-turkey. Once I arrived at home I realized that there was no avocado on the turkey sandwich. I called this Potbellies right away and told the girl that answered what happened. She took down my name and information and said she would give it to the manager so I could come back and get another sandwich on a different date. I went a couple of days later and asked for the manager. I told him what happened and lo and behold he had no idea what I was talking about. He literally treated me like I was lying about this.
