Splash Dayz — Attraction in White Settlement

We went here a family of 5. $138 to swim for the day. It went up on prices since we visited years ago but it's expected. There wasn't any changes but we still had a great time. We didnt need a big big Waterpark like hurricane harbor. I didn't fear my kids getting lost.

There is only one critique. The restaurant. It was crowded with people but I ordered a pizza and the young girl said it would be 10-15 min wait. I said ok. She gave me my order ticket and I sat down and waited.

15 mins go by and ask where's my pizza? And again she said it would be a 10-15 min wait. I was like I understand you guys might be busy but it's already been 10-15mins. Now a rush came in and ordered after me. So I understood, but my kids are wanting to hurry up and swim but they needed to eat first.

Well 10 extra mins go by and I barely hear (she had a soft voice) my order number. As I'm coming to collect my pizza someone came and collected the pizza. So I went to sit back down and told my family that I guess it wasn't ours. So there I went back up there and asked again where's my pizza?? The same person that came and took that pizza said that pizza wasn't hers but it was MINE! It had my order number on it. Smh.

The staff didn't double check on the time for my pizza just gave me a generic answer. The number call out system needs to be better. Maybe get a louder speaker and to double check that the person coming to collect the order is really the person that has the order number to match it.

Overall we will be back but next time we will probably just bring...

This was our first visit to Splash Dayz and we plan on returning! We had a great experience. We attended the park on a Saturday where the weather was beautiful making it a great day for water. The park had plenty of people visiting but I would not consider it busy which was a huge plus in our book. There wasn’t even a line for the water slides until mid afternoon and even at that it was only about a 5-8 minute wait to go down the slides. The racer slide didn’t even have a line! The lazy river exceeded my expectations. It was fast moving, had beautiful landscaping to look at and it was easy to get a tube to float on. The park was exceedingly clean and the lifeguards were extremely attentive enforcing all the rules which we loved!! They even addressed an inappropriate dressed attendee which is EXACTLY what I want from a water park I’m taking my FAMILY to! There was plenty of places to put your belongings and find shade. There are trees to sit under, umbrellas, and cabanas without having to pay anything extra. They honor first responders with a generous discount which is not something you find often. If you have any special needs/wants all you have to do is ask and they will graciously supply! I can’t say enough great things about our experience and we are all excited to attend again!! We've been customers of splash dayz for a few years now and our kids have had a blast every summer. But this year is the exception and nothing like previous years! First the line to enter last weekend was horrible. They had a young man doing the bag check and also the metal detector wand on his own! My husband approached him and if I remember correctly his name was (M*gn) to ask him why he didn't have help and his response was very polite and professional! He simply said he was doing his best but that they were short staffed that day! My husband told him he's doing a great job but should definitely have help as there were at least 40 - 50 people behind us in line! I find it very hard to believe they couldnt find someone to help him because once you get inside there are many employees standing/walking around doing nothing! I asked for a supervisor and talked to a lady named (Agl). She was not very helpful and I felt as if she was flat out rude! Also the lazy river has been very dirty this summer with leaves, debris, bugs, rocks, etc which is very gross! I've never experienced the park water being this dirty in the past! Come on splash dayz if you want repeat customers your going to have to do a better job! Worst experience we've had so far at splash dayz! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until these things...
