I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the exquisite menudo at La Pasadita Mexican Restaurant in White Settlement, and I must say, it was an absolute delight for the senses! Combined with their exceptional service, my experience at La Pasadita was nothing short of outstanding.
From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff at La Pasadita went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show - their menudo. La Pasadita's menudo is a true masterpiece. The rich and flavorful broth, infused with aromatic spices, created a symphony of taste that left me longing for more. The tender chunks of tripe, perfectly cooked, added a delightful texture to each spoonful. Accompanied by the traditional condiments of chopped onions, cilantro, and lime, every bite was a harmonious blend of flavors. La Pasadita's menudo truly captured the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine.
The portion size of the menudo was generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. The care and attention to detail in its preparation were evident, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs at La Pasadita. It was evident that they take pride in serving dishes of the highest quality.
I must also commend the exceptional service provided by the staff at La Pasadita. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that every guest had a memorable dining experience. From promptly taking orders to providing recommendations and answering any questions, their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable.
The overall atmosphere of La Pasadita Mexican Restaurant was inviting. The restaurant's cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols were also reassuring, creating a worry-free environment for guests.
In conclusion, La Pasadita Mexican Restaurant not only excels in providing an exceptional menudo experience but also offers outstanding service. The combination of flavorful menudo, attentive staff, and inviting ambiance makes it a top choice for anyone seeking an authentic Mexican culinary adventure. If you are a fan of Mexican cuisine or simply looking to indulge in a delicious bowl of menudo, La Pasadita Mexican Restaurant is the perfect...
Read moreAs a health care provider and business owner myself, it's great to see a small business like this annually grow and thrive. From the old wiseguy places in New York City to Fort Worth, TX. I've been a "regular" here since they took over the old BBQ site. Seen them grow. Ordered the same dish more or less the same way since then, and have hardly ever been disappointed. A regular by any common understanding of the word, I was. The staff is generally friendly, and I'm quiet, ate in peace, and have been in and out.
As they've grown, its sad to see the owner has gradually employed the "nickel-and-dime" paradigm of capitalism. Things change and evolve, yes, prices have to increase with costs and that's perfectly fine! But if you try and guilt an individual customer who has personally easily spent well over $1000 since day 1 at your business (I've run my own fiscal reports to validate this), who has purchased on behalf of other people at my own business from here, and who has recommended this place to many people I know to eat there, and who has made no unreasonable demands, the owner has effectively lost sight of the bigger picture of a continued revenue stream. That is myopic and careless. That is too bad, but hey, that's some businesses. As much as I'd like to support them through my various ways, I shall refrain.
Diners, please understand, the food here is great. The service is mostly great, but I know how I keep my clients/customers coming back to my business, and its not by trying to guilt or nickel/dime them over little things when they've been a huge fiscal contributor over the years, both directly and indirectly via the people I've sent there.
Warm regards, La Pasadita. My time is valuable as well, but I'll drive a little further to the next place. Understand, the short-sightedness of ownership by "nickel-and-diming" has far a greater financial negative consequence to the bottom line revenue stream, when a "bad taste" is left in the mouth of a long-time supporter;...
Read moreLove the mural outside this place, stopped as we are passing through the area and it had such good reviews. Lady at the register was nice but ordering breakfast tacos is really frustrating. You cannot order individual breakfast tacos. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and a potato egg and cheese and was told I could not do that and would have to order two of each so instead of just getting 2 tacos I'd have to get 4. That, or I could put all the ingredients from those two tacos I wanted into one big taco....which if I wanted that I would have asked for that initially. I think that's a weird recommendation or option they would offer instead of just letting me order the 2 individual tacos I wanted. I have never in my life in the US or Mexico ever been to a Mexican restaurant that functions like this. I was over breakfast at that point and ordered some enchiladas. The chicken was fine but it tasted and looked like they just opened a can of red sauce and dumped it all over. It looked like straight tomato paste so I had a few bites and left the rest. Rice and beans had no flavor. My son couldn't eat his cheese enchiladas due to the weird sauce as well. Chips were stale, salsa was fine. Overall one of the least impressive Mexican meals I've had in the DFW area. Unfortunately would...
