This store sadly is getting a 0 rating for horrible customer service. I had to put in 1 star just to post this complaint. I went this morning on my way home from work. I'm older but that was no reason for the young man in the driveway taking orders to treat me the way he did. He asked if I was using a phone app I said no. He said I'd have to go through the line go around and get in the other line. I said ok I'll back up. He rudely corrected me that I couldn't do that. I said all I had wanted was to get a ice tea which was a statementnot cussing. In retrospect that's what made this boy decide to get his manager and tell her that, I cussed him out. That I also tried to jump in front of a lady in the other line. If I had tried to jump line I would have had to drive through a pole. causeing a wreck damage my truck and their property. Now that being said I'm a very patient person. I was upset but did nothing I was accused of by that boy. I was going to wait and follow the lady in front of me which was the only thing I could have done anyway. The manager came out she did not offer any type of apology to me at all for the way I was treated she stood there pretty much said nothing while that boy continued to lie. I told her I did not appreciate that boy lying about me to her and this store will never have to worry about me coming to their store again. I now know why this store has so many 1 star and 2 star reviews. It's sad I used to like this store the way I was treated does not promote the Christian type character they try to portray. I have a picture of the line that I didn't understand mobile app line,I got in. I plan to send it to their corporate offices. No one should be treated that way for a simple mistake of getting in the wrong line because I was used to them having two lines during peak hours. I had never experienced just a app line. Read moreI eat at Chick-fil-A at least once a week. Today after working a 13 hour shift at the hospital I stop by this Chick-fil-A. It is almost 9 PM at night and I’m not sure why their drive-through is so busy but there’s like 15 cars in their drive-through and the line is not moving. I was tired and I just wanted to get a quick sandwich and a drink and be on my way so I went inside to the dining room to order and take it home. One of the employees walks out to me and tells me the dining room is closed and that I either have to use the app to pick up an order or go back to drive-through. I tell her I just want to order something to go and be on my way. She turns around I guess talk to one of the managers and the manager tells her that the registers are closed so she comes back to me and tells me that I either have to use the app or go back through drive-through. I’ve never been to Chick-fil-A this late in the evening and I will never be going back again. There is no more customer service with a lot of these restaurants. If your dining room doors are open then you should be able to take an order from a customer. I was very disappointed because as I stated, I go to Chick-fil-A And eat there once a week and I order from this restaurant dozens of times, but I was disappointed by their customer service of forcing me to either use an app which I don’t have and go back to drive-through to pick up the order or go back through drive-through on the regular lane which there were already like 15 cars in the line and the cars were not moving. Read moreSo first of all let me say that the food was great no complaints. New store so its busy. Went inside to order. There was like 15 employees in the back of the counter doing some thing. At the time me and 2 other customers we waiting for like 2 min. Till someone finally acknowledged us. Only one person working the counter. Unacceptable! For Chickfila sandards. New employee so took a while to get my order correct, no problem with that I understand. What I don't understand is having what looks like a manager behind the counter by a cash register and an employee besides me talking about there stupid workout routine and how there legs and arms hurt for like 3 min while I was ordering. By then there were more customers lining up with just that on lady taking the orders. Well I sat down and waited for my order.I took a picture of the 2 employees that were doing nothing while everyone else was working. The girl that was cleaning and the girl that handed my to go order were friendly and professional. As I got up to get napkins for my order the 2 employees that were talking about working out had moved in front of the condiment stand blocking my way still talking about nothing important. They didnt say hi or excuse me or even moved out the way for me to get to it. Good thing I caught there name tags. One was a Mike and the other one was a Ken Miller.
