I had planned on shopping at DSW shoe and five below had debated on whether to go to Golden corral but when I saw Miller's alehouse they had TVs. I was gonna watch a basketball games and have something to eat. I am an over the road, Trucker apparently nobody wants us in there anywhere in America Sirius.
I'm very leery of these situations experience over the last five years. I'm exposing the culprits Goodman properties owns Lehigh Valley mall or manages it. They told the township police to give us tickets so I am leaving. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I had communicated with Miller's alehouse earlier the Christmas store that you see in the picture is closed. He said it would probably be a good idea to park over there. That way I wouldn't block any of his Parking. I said fine. I move my truck. Yes, it took me a whole 25 minutes just to show up here . I'm just really flabbergasted at this idea is that you are righteous enough to tell us that we cannot come here with our equipment we need a place to eat shop feel like a human being likes to go do things like that. Have a bite to eat watch TV be around people talk to people shame shame shame shame shame I'm so frustrated and ashamed
This is a typical East Coast experience Paul Harvey would not say anything good about your management skills and your righteousness. He's frowning in heaven. God bless our country and shame on people who treat others like this.

Read moreI went to Macy's to pick up an item that I ordered online but had shipped to the store to avoid shipping costs. I do this often with Macy's. And, as usual, my item arrived on time,in perfect condition and fit like a glove. The only downside was the person who was checking me out. I had paid for my purchase online with my gift card, but I had a few dollars left on the card and bought a couple of the candy bars that they always have next to the register. Now, I had $6 left on my card, but the 2 candy bars I purchased only came to $5. So the sales person charged me for a 3rd candy bar and informed me that I owed her an additional $1.50. I told her I didn't have the extra money so she needed to remove the extra candy bar. She then proceeded to argue with me that this would use up my card like I wanted to, and it took 4 tries and me having to get rude to her for her to take the extra candy bar off. Then she rudely said "You know, you're still going to have $1 left" I then rudely replied that I realized that but I couldn't understand why she couldn't grasp the concept that I didn't have the extra money she kept demanding. I realize that this is a drawn out complaint, but I have to admit that the sheer idiocy of this woman has affected my desire to shop at Macy's. Read moreEmployees are nice and helpful but giving 1 star because the company and process for making appointments is horrible and answering service is rude. Twice this has to me. I make the deposit and have an appointment and both times I show up for the appointment and I am told they have no information of a deposit or appointment.
The answering service said even though I made a deposit, they have many clients and I need to wait for an additional response from them after i make a deposit to see if i can get an appointment.
I was also not aloud to stay at the store with my 14 year old son. So I walked around the mall but when they called me, I said immediately I am heading back to the store I am right next door but the lady on the phone said dont bother because she is not in the store and no employee can help me. I must talk to her.
I sent her a copy of my deposit and appointment time confirmation. But while on the phone she just hung up on me.
I was not told about these processes of how I need to call back and wait for an appointment even though an appointment was actually made when I made the deposit. The way this place does business is horrible, their service is unprofessional, rude and I will be looking for another place to do...
