Nifty Nut House — Attraction in Wichita

A candy store that use to be great but it’s been declining over the years!

Being 2025 you would think they would have enough Help to actually run the store correctly but not in 2025 as the Owners are never on the property so without the owners on property Things will decline!

Candy to various nuts are out of stock but this is really becoming an issue every time I stop into the store Always Out of inventory when I come into the nifty nut house! Being always out of inventory (Why is it like this ?) (I will buy online) Price Shop Things Are Cheaper! It all falls on the owners who run this establishment! and it’s like I see new faces when I come in here and then they post a sign that says sorry that they are short handed with employees actually working in the store! Please understand that they are short handed! Yeah right!

Why are not the owners of this establishment working in this candy store when they are short handed ?

Well if the owners were not Jerks maybe they would actually keep employees! but they don’t care! I have been in this store way back in the day when it was smaller store (not expanded) and dealt with the old men who ran the store not the nicest men!…

So it’s a hit and miss with current inventory on various candies and various nuts! The store has declined and if they are out Amazon might have it in stock

The store is always clean the staff is what make this store for what it is but when you see new faces it makes you think about...

I ordered multiple items on Dec 14th for Christmas gifts. After about a week I had not received any shipping notifications so I called them. I was told they could ship it the next day if I would like, to which I said I would prefer to cancel the order if it would not arrive before Christmas as they were gifts and one of the recipients would be leaving town on Christmas.

The shipping department called me and apologized but apparently they had run out of stock on a few of the items I ordered and for some reason nobody ever reached out to me to select replacements, so the order just sat there. He helped me pick replacements and advised that the order would arrive by Saturday. However, it did not arrive Saturday and when I tracked it saw that they did not ship it overnight or next day air but instead chose 2 day and it showed arriving after Christmas. I emailed them back and told them it did not arrive as promised and never received a response.

Their products are good, I've actually received them as gifts myself but this is my first time ordering from them directly and I am highly disappointed in...
