The Wichita founded chocolate shop and factory, on St Francis and between 1st and 2nd Street. This location, like all Cocoa Dolces I’ve frequented, provides a phenomenal experience in sweets and in service. I have made countless loved ones feel special with trips here to grab a variety of fancy chocolate boxes. The artistry in the small candies is spectacular and the packaging is first class. Prices can be high, but I have found that fancy chocolates like these can go for much more from others online plus there is the unique charm of picking them up right here in town rather than messing with shipping. The biggest standout to me with this business is the extremely reliable counter help I’ve received for many years right here and at the other two stores. I would say this business provides the most dependable and professional service anywhere in town. There are drink and dine in options here as well, but this downtown location does not have the best lobby due to the two stories of large windows that pour in way too much light on sunny days which can make it uncomfortable. It is very interesting to see the chocolate factory though, and there are places to view it through large windows and seated tables. I give my highest recommendation to this business to all Wichita locals...

The pumpkin cheesecake was delightful. It was rich and decadent; everything I needed on an autumn afternoon. The cold brew that accompanied it was also enjoyed quickly and thoroughly to the last drop. The vibes are warm and welcoming. I was ready to book a room if that had been an option.

This establishment has an almost perfect rating, so there's little point in me continuing to rave about my experience.

What I'm here to discuss is the napkins.

Cocoa Dolce has the most elegant and, in this man's opinion, sensual napkins that I've possibly ever seen. Their sight brought a joy to my heart that I haven't experienced in a paper product in quite some time. I couldn't help but photograph them-- the bronze text pleasantly reflecting back at me.

I took one home with me as a keepsake. I unfortunately failed to remove it from my pocket before washing that garment. This disappointment only led to an opportunity for me to shower even more praise upon these napkins: it survived the wash.

Whoever designed these beauties and continues to order them deserves recognition. The quality control is impeccable and illustrates the attention that Cocoa Dolce pays to every detail.

If I could give it a zero I would. I have been going to this location for awhile and I went yesterday and had a bad experience. First, it was really busy and I was being patient with the barista but he did not care. He was rude and has no people skills. Then, I was working on homework when a homeless man approached me and made me super uncomfortable and was being creepy towards women. The shop did nothing about it until another person got involved. The police had arrived but there wasn’t much they could do. My boyfriend went back because he felt so bad and the same guy was working was really rude to him and the shop offered nothing to me. I didn’t get to finish my drink or food that I had bought because of the situation. I will not be coming back and letting everyone else know not to go. I’m really disappointed about how the situation...

1st class operation. From the moment you enter the doors the smell of coffee and cocoa inhabits your better senses. From there the clean design of the lobby to the inviting handcrafted goods expertly placed beneath the glass case, the place is visually show stopping. If the free refills for the dine in clients isn't enough the price of the beverages were in the opinion of an ardent Starbucks fanatic very reasonable. The coffee was delicious as well. The barista was as most incredibly kind and accommodating. The cheesecake while appealing and to the eye and tasty, for 6 bucks...I've had better. However each and every ice cream was spot on decadent rich and lovely on the tongue.
