Iāve been a regular customer at this location for years, but after today, Iām completely done. The amount of expired and inedible produce Iāve had to deal with is unbelievable, but Iāve always been patient, understanding that these things can happen at larger stores. What I encountered today, though, was beyond frustrating.
We were simply trying to exchange some rotten tomatoesānothing extraordinary, just a routine exchange. Instead of receiving help or understanding, the staff decided to accuse us of ātaking extra produce.ā Not only was this accusation completely unfounded, but it was also humiliating. Weāve always come here with respect, never expecting this level of unprofessionalism.
Whatās worse, the staff seemed more interested in making baseless accusations than actually helping with the problem. When we tried to explain the situation, they were rude and dismissive. It was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue.
This location is a total disaster. Itās dirty, disorganized, and the staff has zero customer service skills. Iāve visited other Restaurant Depot locations, and let me tell youāthose are night and day compared to this one. The staff is professional, the store is clean, and they actually know how to treat their customers. This location has become an embarrassment, and itās no longer worth my time. I will be taking my business to a different branch from now on.

During our most recent visit, we were simply exchanging rotten tomatoes for fresh ones from other boxes. We informed the staff of this, but they told us we couldnāt do that. When we explained, we were wrongfully accused of āstealing extra tomatoesā and were told it was a food handling issue. To make matters worse, they claimed they would flag our account over a simple exchange of spoiled produce that they already had in stock.
This kind of treatment, especially for long-time customers who have even returned to pay for items that were accidentally not charged, is beyond disappointing. Today there was a snowstorm, I got stuck for hours in other locations due to accidents and road closures. I was unable to deliver some orders due to them being closed down because of the weather conditions. I had to keep those deliveries in my truck, so my truck had more freight than usual. I get there and explain to them that weāll need to move freight out of the way to get to get to theirs, they told me I would have to pay which I accepted.
