The Cosmetics Company Store — Attraction in Williamsburg

Obviously yall don't care about yalls business because yall have a women named Tammy Karen is driving customers away i have read the messages everyone is talking about how rude the same person i am referring to is so Obviously yall don't want to succeed look forward to a response on this if i could give no stars i would I spent over $220 dollars there on makeup at no time did she tell me no refunds or exchanges I buy all these products from 60% off Wall I wasn't paying attention I do say that but she works she should know I walked out literally and walked right back in I had a shade not my color so I wanted to exchange it nope I should be happy with my merch now thats something I can't use she could have let me get my shade foundation is one thing you can't get wrong with color its shade ganache my shade is light to med I am unhappy if I don't hear from you guys this week ill take it further I have a social media platform I am unhappy to have purchased something I can't use on recite it says no refunds I didn't want a refund I wanted a different shade I feel right now is I don't recommend this place they just want commission she new that wasn't my shade not to mention I got 2 of them wouldn't you think the sales person would have said you know this isn't the right shade let's fix that she had to take the discount off of original price she read the box she knew she just wanted to make the sell ill never do that again im not a co plainer but this isn't ok I mean its the point I just walked out of the store it hadnt been 10nmins since I bought it I literally went right back she could have exchanged it it wasn't open just walked out and...

Had a very interesting experience today. Ive been shopping at Cosmetic Company Stores all over. The staff while I shopped seemed to be nice. Even though the one or two ladies answering the phones had a smart and unnecessary comment whenever they hung up the phone with someone. I thought it interesting that when I went to check out the cashier lady checking me out opened EVERY SINGLE BOX that I was purchasing. She said she was just checking to make sure everything was in the correct box. Which made me feel like she thought I was swopping products or something. I didn't see any other associate do that nor have I ever seen it in the previous stores I have visited. After reading other reviews on this store it makes sense now. Which is very sad and...

My first and last time visiting this place. Picked up a bobby brown foundation (after testing many shades to find the right one). After I got home, I noticed it was the wrong bottle in the box. Took it back the next day and the cashier was absolutely down right rude. After TRYING to explain the situation she cut me off and said no returns or exchanges. I wasnt asking for money back, I wasn't returning a used product. The store would not be losing out on money, product or anything else. But I'm out $30 over what? The policies and the rudeness are enough to make me say never again. I'll spend the extra money elsewhere to be treated respectfully and like a customer...
