Just closed on a homesite in Republic Grand Ranch and our Land Consultant Jason G. was a HUGE help to us. We didn't exactly know what lot features were going to be important to us long term and Jason was able to detect that, and walk us through it. He showed us lots with differing major features (lot size, young vs older trees, tree diversity, flat vs slightly contoured, streams vs no streams, etc). He gave us the pro/con of each element, was very responsive, answered all our question or found us answers, and connected us with builders as well as other resources critical to our buying experience. He just did a great job, was friendly, patient, and zero pressure which is not typical for most real estate sales. Also, our closing process with Envision Title was a seamless process, easy, and the closing agents were very responsive and detail oriented. Great job Republic...

We just closed on 2 lots in RGR & we can’t thank Jason G. enough for the excellent experience. His customer service was so refreshing. Jason answered all of our questions and took us on several tours to make sure we found the land that was perfect for us. He made sure we had all the information we needed before making this important decision. He was accomodating, always available, and we never felt rushed or that he was pushing us in any way.
