Dolly's Boutique and Studio — Attraction in Wilson

Ladies, if you are looking for a gown, you need to visit Alberto and Rita and this lovely shop. I have been to several gown stores and the service was okay. But when I walked into Dolly's Boutique, I learned what service really is. Alberto greeted me warmly and wanted to know all about my special event. He listened to me and picked gowns according to my desires. He gently suggested other looks that I had not considered. Back in the dressing room, he was there to zip, tie, and hook me into gowns, cinching them in when needed. He even took pictures on my phone, so I could look back and make comparisons. When I got it down to 2 gowns, he helped me to pick the right one, even though it was $100 less than the other choice. Of course, he also selected the perfect jewelry to coordinate (and got the $100 after all!!).

I am now headed in to meet Rita for my fitting and look forward to a wonderful experience. She is so warm and really just a pleasure to work with too. She even gave me a little gift as I was leaving the store.

When you are buying a gown, you are buying an experience. They made this a lovely experience that I will always remember with fondness. And next time I need a gown, I will make the drive (it was 2 hours away but worth it) to this boutique. And by the way, they have a fabulous selection. They even have a staging area where I could pose and have my picture taken with a pretty background. I'll attach the picture of the gown we selected for my event, which is in June. I would totally recommend Dolly’s! One of my college best friends is having an Indian wedding and I wanted to get something traditional and authentic to wear. Found Dolly’s on Google and Facebook and the reviews were great. Decided to try the store and see what they have. Dresses are difficult for me due to different sizes and measurements from my bust/hip/thighs, so I was worried about my experience looking for such outfits. Walked into Dolly’s with my husband and was instantly greeted by the staff. They were warm and inviting. I told the lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) which she seemed to be the owner, she was super sweet and welcoming. I told her what I was looking for and what colors I didn’t want/couldn’t have. She asked my price range, and measurements and we were on our way. She was MORE than helpful helping me try the gorgeous Saris on. She helped me find not only a dress but another outfit for the ceremony that would be appropriate based on my friends religion. She went out of her way to help me find the right fit and colors that I wanted. Then she helped decorate me with ALL the gorgeous jewelry- from necklaces, ankle bracelets, earrings, bangles and a tikka (sorry if I spelled that wrong). She made sure that I really loved the items I was getting and that it would fit my event. She also has a lot of other items such as some shoes, special occasion dresses like prom/formal dresses, etc. I will definitely be coming back due to a few other weddings I’m attending this year and the helpfulness and sweetness of the staff here ! We had found the most perfect and stunning dress at the other location of Dolly’s and they had her size at the Easton location so we went there to try it on and although it fit nicely, I was a little nervous about the straps being too loose and the length being just a little too long since my daughter was wearing converse instead of heels. Rita explained that they do alterations on site but that it might cost more if I would rather look for other options. Because of her honesty and integrity I decided I wanted to have the alterations done there. I trusted her that the dress would be done right and it was. It was ready in only a few days. The alterations were exactly how we wanted it done except on one of the straps it looked like it should have a little extra stitching but probably just an over worried mom here lol.
