Great for community events, but has some logistical issues. While fenced most of the way around, the entire park is surrounded by busy roads. The roads are especially stressful as the park is roughly the size of a football field, meaning the cars are always close. There is no bathroom or water fountain.
The park is on a slant, and the wheelchair accessible path exists, but you have to wind around the multiple levels and is not convenient to traverse if you have a wheelchair or stroller. Additionally, the pedestrian paths to get to the park are scary. One part has a button for the flashing lights, but mostly it is up to the pedestrians to only walk when cars stop, which is not ideal.
This is not the park for casual strolls, meeting with friends, picnics, playing catch, laying in the grass, letting your kid run around, etc. It is good for festivals, dance parties, and other community events. Overall, its a nice place to have, I just wish the pedestrian crossing...
