Terrible experience. Asked quite for wire, man charged my card and cut the wire, called to say I needed a different wire and the guy was completely uncooperative and told me he wouldn’t refund the order, said just cancel the order and he said 10-4 and hung up, called back a few days later because no refund happened and he then told me that he doesn’t give refunds but that the area manager would call me back, never heard back, called again and again I’ve the course of a few days and only once did they answer just to say they don’t do refunds, no product and zeros customer service or even an attempt to make it right, absolutely terrible in every interaction past the quote, don’t waste your money here, state electrical supply next door is 100X better. Also made it clear from the start I had never ordered wire before. Might want to tell the customer there’s no returns on wire and that quotes mean they charge...

Great prices, knowledgeable staff, Get you in and out as quick as possible. Usually have what you need , and if dont can help you find it, even if they suggest another supply house or special order for you. Have same policies on wire cuts as ever other supply house, cut wire is yours after you purchased . Not sure what this other guy is...
