This was my first time ever using a drive thru with a touch screen ordering system. It was difficult to use from the car. Both myself and the gentleman in the car in front of me had to exit our vehicles to access the touch screen. It also makes the ordering procress painfully slow. The interfacing was not clear and did not offer options I'm used to having when interacting with a live person. There were only two vehicles in front of me when I pulled into the drive thru and yet I spent nearly 25 minutes at this location because of how ardous the ordering process was for the few of us that were there.
Once I arrived at the window, I wanted to offer feedback about the new touch screen system (there was no one behind me so I was not going to hold anyone up). The associate was completely uninterested in any feedback and cut me off midsentence to let me know that he didn't know about the system and had nothing to say to me about it.
Making matters worse, I was handed a cup of tap water after ordering a bottle of water. He told me they were out of bottled water. I asked if I was still charged for the bottle of water and he said no (investigating my receipt later, I discovered that I was in fact charged for a bottle of water). Finally, I was handed a bag with one sandwich when I had ordered two. I waited for him to return to the window, and when he did he said "what?!" to me in a scolding, raised voice. I told him I was missing a sandwich and he closed the window, saying nothing. Five minutes later, he opened the window, handed me my sandwich, and again said nothing.
I've been to a lot of different Subway locations over the years in a lot of different states and this was by far the worst. It was bad from start to finish. The touch screen debacle was bad enough, but this was also the first time I've ever had a Subway employee treat me poorly. Since the indoor dining area was closed and not tying up any employees on the front end, I'm not sure why this location cannot spare an individual to use the traditional (and much faster) intercom system. Read moreI went there and the girl was so patient with me I kept telling her I only wanted green pepper in between everything else that she was putting in LOL and honestly the subs were both so delicious we both really walked out of there So satisfied and it was a pleasant surrounding and the staff was nice. We had a coupon buy one foot long and get another one for free which we did but it would have been normally $19 which nowadays it's the way of the world cuz everything is gone up but it was really really good. I had the honey mustard dressing and I also had her put some vinegar on my turkey sub. I definitely recommend this Subway. I don't like the one that's next to the LA fitness on Stratford Road because one day the girl put a little bit too much meat on mine she made a mistake and the manager told her and he actually pulled it out of my sandwich and threw it away and that really made me feel upset. But that was before the pandemic it was a young guy and he was kind of rude with everybody he was the manager I don't know if he's still the manager there so I will not go to that one on Stratford Road next to the LA fitness but this one is really good and very clean they had this man there cleaning the floors just just...

I first tried the drive through so I didn’t have to get out of my car but the two people infront of were not moving after 20 minutes. I then went straight inside to the cash register. The lady working there took the customer’s money next to me and ignored me standing there then just walked away! Very very rude! I then left the register and went to the bin to look and no subs were there either. The line was really long and I shouldn’t have to stand in it after online ordering so I left and called to get a refund but no one will pick up. They also have not set up their phone mailbox because I guess they don’t want to hear all the complaints they get! Very poor sorry service and I will never go here again! I guess I am out of my money and out of time to get anything else for lunch. They need to hire better staff that knows what they are doing.
