Thoroughly disappointed at this BK location. The food, once we finally got it, tasted good but the service was poor despite them being not busy. The worst part was the manager's attitude. I told the cashier I wanted the $5 meal deal as posted on the outside window that included the Jr burger, nuggets, fries, and drink. I noticed on the receipt that it was only rung up as the burger. I explained this to the cashier who had no clue what deal I was talking about. I took a picture and showed it to her on my phone. Simple mistake, right? The manager's attitude when trying to fix the order was very rude. He got all mad (even though I calmly and nicely explained the mishap) and started yelling at his employees to lock the doors right away so no other customers would come in and to close the drive thru at only 8:30. About 10 minutes later, while still waiting for our food, we were told they only had nuggets and not the chicken fries my daughter wanted. Same thing with the frozen drinks - we were told they ony had 1 flavor (which we got) and when my mom ordered after us, she was told they only had a different flavor. Here is a picture of the "blueberry" frozen drink my mother was given. I'm not sure if the syrup was low or what but every blueberry type drink I've ever gotten was blue. The cashier had no idea what color the frozen drink was actually supposed to look like and shrugged it off. To me, it looks like frozen mold. 🤢 I can't comment on the taste because my poor mom was too scared to drink it. We just counted our loss on the frozen drink she'd paid for and I still only got part of the meal I ordered. Will never come back to...
Read moreOrdered delivery through the Burger King App, not Doordash or any third party delivery app. Recieved my order but we were missing 2 items. That’s fine. I’ll call this specific Burger King because this is the restaurant that made my food according to the BK app, not Parkway or Hanes Mall. I was answered to a team member. While I was telling her the problem, I was switched to someone else while I was talking without notifying me, rude. I talked to the other person and told her my problem. She quickly asked how I ordered it “Doordash or pickup?” I told her I ordered through the Burger King app and she repeated the question. I said I don’t know. She then asked “Was it Doordash that brought you the food?” I answered “I guess but I can give you the order number from my reciept” She didn’t care and asked for my name. I gave it to her and she asked what was missing. I told her and she kept asking me if it was doordash or how I got the order. I had to repeat the information and what I was missing THREE TIMES! She clearly was not busy or distracted. Just wanted to waste my time. She said that they sent us everything. I told her i clearly do not have it in front of me and asked if they can remake it and I’ll pick up it along with the order I was given to show proof. She didn’t care and refused to give me a refund or at least give me what I was missing. She told me to contact Doordash “since I ordered through their app” I argued that I ordered through the BK app and she hung up right there. I contacted Doordash and they backed up my claim, saying I need to contact this store because I ordered through Burger King...
Read moreI ordered food and paid with my card. One screen showed paid and the other didn't update at all. Apparently this was a known issue they were having and were instructed not to give customers their order if both screens didn't show paid. The issue was that my card showed the transaction. The gm told them he didn't care. I asked for something from them, a reciept, refund stub or something because it was showing already on my account. They refused and were instructed to call the police. I want yelling, rude or irate but I did let them know I needed something further to dispute this transaction. (The process to dispute food transaction is different considering the nature of the transaction.) I figured I could at least get a police report to provide to my institution regarding what happened. They told the police I was upset that my card declined. I showed the transaction to the 1 reasonable office of the 2. The transaction did post! They called the police because they didn't want to do the right/human/ respectable thing. It's very sad that in 2023 laws do not protect consumers and companies are lawless. When I contacted my financial institution they were kind enough after hearing the situation to continue with the dispute process but the fact that I was disrespected and disregarded for an agreed upon service was mortifying. I'll never forget...
