I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Marshall's/Home Goods in Winter Park, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! This store truly offers an impressive variety of quality items, ranging from stunning home decor to stylish clothing—there's something for everyone.
The layout of the store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the diverse selection of goods. I found everything I needed and more, including unique home accessories that added a personal touch to my space. The clothing section was equally impressive, showcasing trendy styles at affordable prices. It’s hard to leave without finding something fabulous!
One of the standout features of this location is the level of service. The staff on the floor were friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. I did encounter one or two employees who could benefit from a little extra training in customer service, but overall, the team was welcoming and helpful. Their willingness to assist made the shopping experience that much more enjoyable.
I also appreciate the discounts offered with the Marshall’s card. It’s a great way to save while shopping, and the return policy is very accommodating. I felt confident knowing that if I needed to return an item, it would be a hassle-free process.
In conclusion, this Marshall's/Home Goods location in Winter Park is a fantastic place to shop. With its wide array of quality items and mostly excellent customer service, I will definitely continue to visit! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great finds at...
Read moreThis location closes their dressing room all the time with no notice, we were at that location for awhile and ready to try on when an associate told us they close the dressing room TWO HOURS before they close?? We had been there for awhile and there was no announcement or anything. They were also kind of snooty about it like we were inconviencing them by politely asking if we could try things on. Another time I came to return some unopened makeup with price tags (no receipt) and they wouldn't take it back because it was apparently old and they don't carry that brand anymore (Bare Minerals) which wasn't true at allllllll. I used to work at Marshalls and it's actually kind of insane how rude and unhelpful this location can be, the earliest I've ever heard of closing dressing rooms before close was 30 minutes, and an announcement was made 🙄. Some of the cashier's are really sweet, but that's it, I usually try to go to other locations because of the customer service and because of their generally poor selection if I can, but this is the closest...
Read moreTerrible management. Let me explain: 12pm on a Tuesday. There are 10 registers, 4 are currently open. The line is full of people waiting to check out - by the time I was at the front of the line, there were easily 25-30 people in line behind me. There is a Marshalls employee (lanyard and all) at the end of the line since I got there, was there the whole time, doing nothing except informing the people at the end of the line that if you got their store credit card, you could skip the line. That's insane. Get on a register??? You are asking people to buy the solution to the problem you create. 20+min waiting in line for 3 items.
One might argue her job was to help people find the end of the line, but when I asked if this was the end of the line getting in, she said no and had me wait at a different spot, then another customer cut in front of me in the spot I asked about. So if that was the job, bad work.
Icing on the cake? Today is August 26th. They were playing CHRISTMAS MUSIC the whole time.
I'm local but I probably won't...
