If I could give this establishment ZERO stars I would.
This was the absolute WORST massage experience I’ve ever had in my life.
How did I end up at this establishment? Welll, I was gifted a Groupon for a couples massage.
(Groupons are usually trouble but I tried to have an open mind based on the reviews that were given prior).
When we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment (which was confirmed by text) The man at the desk said they didn’t have our reservation down.
Apparently they book reservations using phone numbers and have everyone’s phone numbers and appointment times listed on a white board on display in the lobby).
After taking our groupon, the man asked if we had the couple room and then told us that the “couples room” was booked, then separated us in to two separate rooms.
I had the unfortunate experience of having whoever ran the front desk (a male) as my “masseuse” and during my session, he proceeded to take over SEVEN phone calls while massaging me (either one-handed or completely pausing). I should have been assertive and walked out after the first instance of answering the phone.
However, I think I was in such shock that my brain wasn’t thinking clearly enough to get dressed and get out of there!
Oh and in between calls, he would drop the phone on the massage table and proceeded to touch me after he touched his dirty phone. (Why, oh why did I allow this?!?)
In addition to this appalling and unprofessional behavior, the room was lacking proper professional and hygienic equipment and REEKED of horrid incense that you would smell in a 90’s Spencer’s Gifts (not exaggerating)!
The place to put your face had a hand stitched, flat “pillow” with LITERAL paper towels to cover it, and they cover you with a regular sized bath towel instead of a sheet like at other massage establishments. (See photos attached to this review.
The massage experience feels like you’re being continually rubbed with sandpaper the entire time and then “karate chopped”.
I got so angry and frustrated I wanted to end the massage early. So towards the end I got more vocal and the man said “put on shirt” and walked out of the room to take ANOTHER phone call.
No water, no thank you, no closure. Ohhhhh but he DID have the audacity to ask my partner to tip by pointing to a sign.
Never in my life have I walked out of a massage establishment LESS relaxed than I walked in.
Stay FAR away from this place. It needs to be shut down as it’s very unprofessional. Stick to your day spas and independent masseuses as they actually care about their business and take proper protocols to make sure that you have a relaxing experience.
Honestly, I have no idea why this place...

Read moreI’ve tried out this massage spa for the first time about a couple months ago. Overall, it was just an OK experience. I had a last minute schedule change with another location, and I really wanted a massage, so I was very happy that this location was able to fit me in last minute. There were only two concerns I really had. The first concern was that for the first 10 minutes or so of my massage, the massage therapist only did the massage over the sheet rather than actually massaging on my skin directly. That made for a little bit of a rough start to the massage, because I felt like that was going to be the whole session. Fortunately it switched,, and it was much better for the remainder of the session. I do wish that other parts of my body were focused on more, like my legs, as I feel most of their attention was placed on my back. On that note, the other concern I had was that no medical history or intake forms were provided prior to the massage, but instead, they were given at check out when I was paying. I had to sign something in order to pay that says I was given the opportunity to state any medical concerns that I had prior to receiving the massage. As I did want to pay for my service, I did sign it, however, they did not in reality provide that intake form prior to the massage. All that aside, it was a nice location that provided quick availability with polite service. Just the quality of the service could have been better. I recommend having intake forms done BEFORE a service to ensure you know what your client needs, or at least ask your client how they want the service done (I wasn’t...
