Burger King — Restaurant in Winter Park

This is my second visit to this location in the last 2 weeks. The first visit I waited at the drive thru menu for about 5 minutes and this is not an exaggeration. I gave my coupon code which began with 23 xxxx the employee was trying to confirm and said 22, I said no ,it's 23 xxxx, and she kept saying 22, Now l'm not sure if she messing with me at this point, she said she got it. Then my wife made another separate order and that went smooth. We went to the window and she never put my order in, she cancelled it even though she gave me a total. I guess she cancelled mine and replaced with my wife's order, I don't know. What I do know is that we waited at that drive thru window for at least another 10 minutes. The location wasn't busy because I could see 3 associates talking and laughing and having a good time leaning against the counter. They probably don't do the cooking, but perception is everything. Now tonight's visit was more waiting, about a minute sitting at the drive thru menu before the I was told they would be with me shortly, no exaggeration 5 minutes goes by my wife says hello are you there and the guy says we are really jammed up in here and you will have to be more patient for me to get to you. We waited for another minute or so and left. I made a point to drive by the front and look in the window, no one at the counter, 3 cars in the parking lot ( at least 1 must belong to an employee) and I was the only car in the drive thru. This used to be a good restaurant. I live near-by and used to frequent this location but lately the inside has been not up to par. I saw a young man working in the drive-thru set the ice buckets on the nasty floor then pick them up and use them as the scoop in the ice. The bottom of the buckets were going straight from the floor to inside the ice bin. That's usually something they are taught not to do in training. The other BIG issue with this location is that I have recently seen some drug traffic in the parking lot. I called the store and told the manager on duty about the numerous of times I have seen the same car in drug exchange and described the car and where it sits and he corrected me on the color and knew where it sits as if he knew it does it's business in the lot. The vehicle is a tan/ beige (manager says gold) colored Honda civic that sits under the tree before the drive-thru. It is there for hours at a time and a lady sitting in the drivers seat. a local up-and-down hwy 50 prostitute often frequents the car as well as a few others. I have seen all this while sitting in the line at the drive-thru and in visiting other local establishments. If I can see it in that short amount of time then so should they. I am very upset about them allowing the local low-life to do business in their parking lot and rendering it unsafe. I will not return to this location until the parking lot is cleaned up and they train their employees on better...

Night shift is poorly run. With a carless and manager staff that conduct's with horrible attitudes and customer service skills. Each time I decide to have a burger from this location they've parked every single vehicle to avoid outstanding time on their clock. So I've been told by one of your apologetic employees in the past. This visit, I ordered two large combos of the double pattie Whoppers with added cheese, bacon and extra sauce, and a large onion rings. It took 32 mins before I decided to drive away after being told they don't give refunds. And this wasn't the first time I received low service from this location ONLY and ALWAYS at that late hour. But I figured since time passed, id give them another chance being on my way home and also their the only location heading to Baldwin Park. But never again will I return to Burger King. And as a neighboring manager at Ford this treatment wouldn't be tolerated at our business especially from management. And I want to add a few times they were within working hours and yet no one would even answer the intercom, I drive around and I see workers standing around talking, one on a cell, two driving up by a side door smoking cigarettes, and they removed the hours off the drive thru now.
