Absolutely worst people I have ever met. They are completely unprofessional, call you names, and try to claim things are in the lease that are NOT. They stated my lease had a secrion in which it said blinds needed to be repaired within 7 days or you get a fee, but the lease said before you moved out. My ac did not work properly the entire year i lived under red door i made multiple work orders and let them know multiple times it was not working properly AND I was paying over 300 dollars due to it always running, they said it was blowing air so they wouldn't fix it. The weekend before hurrican milton the air conditioner finally fully broke, would not turn on at all. Red door said they would drive me out a portable ac but then said they cant theres no gas and i wouldnt have power anyways. They never fixed the ac while i was living there. The lease states youll get charged so much from your deposit for professional cleaning, flea and tick treatment etc. They charged over that. Please find another management company and dont go through the pain we had to.
Edit: Thank you for replying and procing unprofessional you are falsely accusing me of having an unauthorized tenant. I paid 500 as a pet deposit and was still charged more money for "repairs". The mutple times nobody fixed my ac because it was blowing air all the technicians said it was DIEING. The apartment stayed 80 degrees no matter what temperature it was set at. Read moreI have lived in a property ran by this group for a little over 9 months and I want to say that I am a tad bit disappointed. I thought when the owner I leased from sold and everything was turned over to a property management team that my request would be fulfilled. I couldn't have been more wrong. I have been waiting on my windows to be repairerd for 9 months and my daughter's closet collapsed on her back after the maintenance guy said that he would return to fix it after he was already 4 hours late, that was a couple of weeks ago. I totally understand that the building has sold twice since I signed my lease but I rarely call in, I have been patient and more than understanding. My home is very well kept, I clean up the trash around the building and keep my porch decorated with the seasons. I just wish the property managers weren't so rude when I call in. They're very dismissive, condescending, & come off aggressive. I haven't even put in a request for the small repairs because they make it seem like I'm bothering them about my home. Hopefully This is resolved soon because other than that I have no complaints about the building itself. Let me also add that I am a former property manager myself, the tone and demeanor isn't necessary. Read moreI’ve been renting for over 14 years and not once have a dealt with such unprofessionalism. I called Amanda, the property manager with frustrations on the moving out process, and she was the rudest most conniving lady I’ve ever dealt within the rental community. Iv been here for four years, and not once has maintenance came out when they said they would nor have they responded to the last couple of requests I sent out after our last hurricane. Example: I was left without water for weeks due to old pipes which they tried to blame on me. After plumbing came out, they found out it was because of the condition of the pipes. Again, was brushed off until my tub filled up with blue/brackish water. Which I had to send in photos for them to believe me in order for me to get help. My floor was torn apart (I obtain many photos of the progress)and put back a week later. It’s been hell with this company to say the least.
