Mosaic Wellness and Beauty of Woodbridge — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

When booking my massage the receptionist booked me under the wrong name. They called a different person to confirm my appointment. Obviously the other person did not have an appointment so they canceled it. Luckily I found out about this from the other person and was able to reschedule it. I showed up for my appointment at the wrong address. No one told me or the person that they thought book the appointment that they had moved. When I ask to speak to a manager I was told there are none. I was not the only person that this had happened to. While I was discussing this issue with the front desk (since there was no manager to discuss it with) another customer experienced and expressed the same concern. No robes, slippers, spa,shower, etc. NO spa-like experience at all. Upon leaving I was given a coupon for 20% off any service that you have not experienced. As if 20% off a service for something I don't want - makes everything all right. No one took Responsibility or Accountability for these mistakes. I was simply asked you understand that they have a large clientele - as if my business is not important in the spectrum of things. My massage therapist, Slavka, was amazing. Perhaps she will go to the neighboring spa, where I plan on going from now on. Finally, the owner responds to the positive reviews and still has yet to say anything about my review!. Thanks...

All I can say is what a wonderful place. I went to Mosaic for a trial hair and makeup for my wedding back in August. I initially picked them because the location was convenient but it turned out to be so much more. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and during these times also very safe. Everyone is friendly and so so sweet. Amanda did my trial hair and Stephanie did my makeup. They are both so sweet, personable, professional and amazing at what they do. They truly listened to what I wanted and made my vision come true. Reina and Laurie were always in touch to make sure everything is set for my wedding day. The day of the wedding it wasn’t just me but also four other ladies getting their hair and makeup done. Amanda, Carmen, and Tina did a fantastic job with hair and Stephanie and Beata with makeup. They truly enhanced the natural beauty of all the ladies. Everyone was so happy with the end result! There was a minor hiccup in the schedule (totally my fault), and they handled it so calmly that I truly had nothing to worry about. They were such an important part of my wedding day and they couldn’t have made it more perfect. We even received gifts at the end which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. I am so thankful for all the ladies at Mosaic, I would highly recommend it and I cannot wait to go back for all of my hair, makeup or overall...

I love the girls who answer the phone to make your appointment. My experience with Lori has been the best I’ve ever had this far and I’m 52 years old. She makes you feel like she has been taking care of you for years I’ve only been going Mosaic for about a year.. Lori is a Gem she knows how to treat people. She is so patient with me all the time from questions about my daughters hair finding me an appointment calling me back if she has to reach out for answers. She is an amazing worker love her. Also I completely draw a blank asking for the lady who does my hair and without an annoying voice she says Suzanne. I may have spelt her name wrong but Susan is an amazing hair stylist and she really listens to what you want she also understands the importance of healthy hair. It’s been a pleasure getting my hair done by her. My pedicure and manicure done by Paula had been amazing I feel so completely relaxed and cared for ! Over all this place is great and I will always be a costumer !...
