I had a terrible experience here. I tried to get something framed for my partner, as a gift. I submitted it 3 months in advance just to be very safe. I was told 4-6 weeks. It took my art months longer than I expected for it to be finished, and I was unable to give my partner the gift in time for her birthday. It was months belated. In addition, they damaged my frame and had to re-make the whole thing, and this is AFTER the months of delays.
