Can I rate you guys a 15? No? 5 out of 5 will do, I guess...

I have never before had someone go so far above and beyond in helping me with a project than Chelsea! I had another designer drop off the planet the day before I needed a shirt made as a present for my wife for Mother's Day. I called Big Frog at 11:30AM, on a referral I might add, and in one phone call, Chelsea literally had a plan for me and the project finished by 3:15PM!

This was exceptional, because I knew that the rest of the company had projects they were working on, for bigger clients I am sure, for which they needed the equipment as well. I had one little shirt being made, literally the smallest order possible, and Chelsea still made me feel like, and actually made me and my tiny project, a priority!

I will be returning to Big Frog for all my screenprinting needs in the future, like my son's baseball team's jerseys and shouting Big Frog's name from the rooftops for anyone with a need in which Big Frog can fulfill! Hello folks! I wanted to take a moment to give Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Woodbury a HUGE shout out. I put out a call for help with sourcing a jacket to replace my Dad's old and tired hot air ballooning club jacket. Big Frog came to the rescue. They were very responsive and helpful. The team was also sensitive to the history of the jacket and my emotional ties to it. They took great care through the process to keep the new jacket as authentic as possible. Even with only an 8 day turn around request, they were able to get the jackets in and get all the tailoring and embroidery work done. Top notch service from start to finish. They even called for my feedback on some tweaks that did make it not 100% the same.... not that I ever expected them to be able to do that considering they were working with a 43 year old jacket and design. But, he went all-in to get it as close as possible. Thanks much Eric to you and your team at Big Frog!!! I wholly endorse their work all!!...

I wanted to get some t-shirts made for an upcoming birthday party. I'd think about it usually when I was busy doing other things and couldn't call them. Finally, I remembered about 8:30 on a Saturday night, so I went online and found the contact form on their website. Sent off a quick description of what I was looking for and expected to hear from someone Monday. Much to my surprise, about an hour later, I had a reply from Eric who said they could certainly do the shirt I wanted, and if it was a simple design, it could be ready that next Monday afternoon!

Later that next week, I stopped in the store and talked with Robert who helped me figure out my colors and options and took the time to explain the different processes to me. I walked out about 20 minutes later, a test tshirt in hand, and my order for 10 shirts placed. I got a call the next day that my order was done and ready for pickup.
