I've been meaning to visit this place since it was highly recommended to me and I heard it was opening a location in Woodbury. I was finally able to last Friday for breakfast. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when it came to the food. We decided to dine in. I ordered the Yum Breakfast and coffee, and my sister ordered the avocado toast with bacon and a cappuccino. I got the coffee right away, however, it took longer for the cappuccino to come out and even longer for the food to come out. The drinks were fine, but the food was bland and mostly below room temperature warm. I'm only going to speak for the Yum Breakfast which is what I got. I would have assumed since it took longer for the food to come out that I would be met with hot food, but the eggs and potatoes were room temperature warm, the sausage was actually kind of cold in the middle. And the toast although looked toasted, was soft. As if it was the first thing made. The food in general was bland. The toast could have used a side of jam, and the sausage patties looked like it could have used a couple more minutes on the griddle to brown to outer layer. Sadly, disappointed. I don't know if this was just an off day for the cook. It wasn't busy when we were there, we didn't have to wait to have our order taken and there were maybe only 5-6 customers already there at the time we arrived, who already looked to have been served their food, so I'm not sure what could justify the long food wait time or the lack of temperature of the food when we recived it. On the flip side, the breakfast itself was nicely priced at $15 for 2 sausage patties, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and 2 toast, had it been enjoyable. You order at the cashier, and they give you a number if you're dining in, then bring out the food to your table. The place itself looks nice. Bright and plenty of open space to sit and not feel cramped. Plenty of parking. The staff themselves were nice and respectful. I will try this place again for lunch or dinner just to see how that menu fares before ultimately deciding if this place will be...

Read moreI’ve been here a few times now, always hoping that the next visit I’ll have a little better result. The food isn’t bad, it’s just OK. I’ve tried the fish and chips (A bit greasy) The trio salads (Nothing to write home about or to make me want to come back) and the soup (I prefer Panera’s).
I think another one of the frustrating things is they list a number of items that are gluten-free. Why of course they’re gluten-free…It’s a salad, eggs, or some other item that wouldn’t have any type of flour or gluten product in it. Many restaurants now have at least one offering of a gluten free roll/bread etc. I’m a fan of breakfast. I would love to see them offer up a gluten-free English muffin or even GF bread. It doesn’t have to be made there but something that could be served with breakfast or put together as a sandwich. I do have to say I’ve seen the sandwiches and they do look very good, (that’s usually what my dining partners are eating) but I haven’t had the opportunity to try them.
As far as service well, you have to order at the counter yourself and you take a number to the table and then they bring you your food, they deliver it in a timely manner… it works, but since their prices are as they are, I would prefer to be waited on.
Lastly, the atmosphere. I feel like I’m eating in the IKEA cafeteria, the seating is more like a fast food joint, It’s feels rather cold and sterile. There’s nothing cozy or homey or warm about this place. It’s wide open, very high ceilings and lots of windows. Because of this it gets a bit noisy at peak hours.
With so many other restaurants and options in the area, I think I’ll pass on future...
