I looked ahead at reviews for this place and was so excited to see all the positive reviews. Unfortunately as soon as we walked through the doors it was a completely different experience. There was one sales rep who was sitting behind a desk. No greeting when we came in which okay we let it go, then we asked if he could help us find a mattress which he rolled his eyes and said fine. I asked if he could show us what we had in stock for a full size. He pointed at one across the store and didn't bother walking towards it. I walked over and pointed and said this one he nodded and went back to his desk. I asked him how much it was and he sighed and told me the price from across the store while still sitting at his desk. I asked if there were any others and he grunted to have to get out of his desk and pointed at another one. Again I confirmed for those two and he said no and pointed at a third. When I asked for the difference between all of them he just responded the way they are built, and basically every question I could have he refused to give up more than two/three word sentences. My kids even asked why he seemed so unhappy we were there? Ended up leaving so we could apparently stop bothering him and ended buying our two mattresses elsewhere. Horrible...

We shopped at several places in Woodinville for a new mattress, and hands down I would say that if you only have time for one place, it should be the Mattress Depot.
John was our sales person and he was very low-pressure and helpful. We both agreed that he helped us find what we wanted, and he did NOT push a product on us unlike some of the other places we went. We greatly appreciated the experience.
Unfortunately, all of the other shops in the area are not even close to these guys and are very high-pressure and sales-heavy. Other places (Costco) did not have the right products. We are big Costco fans but their mattresses are not great (we are currently replacing our mattresses from there after years of "tolerating" them) and if you take one down and lay on it there for a sec you can tell the difference.
This place, though, was GREAT. We bought our new mattress there and we plan to go back to buy our kids' new mattresses soon as well. Very personable, helpful, and they had a lot of things in stock in the store even.
Can't recommend enough! And it's a locally owned...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband & I visited a mattress store for the first time and walked out feeling informed and empowered with knowledge, thanks to Thad, the store manager. He quickly understood our needs, patiently explained mattress types, materials, and durability, and gave honest pros and cons. We appreciated the no-pressure approach. He encouraged us to try different mattresses, walked us through warranties, logistics, and payment options, and patiently answered all our questions clearly. While the prices were higher than we expected, they made more sense once we learned what goes into a quality mattress. Having spent the past decade sleeping on the floor or using a basic gel memory foam mattress we bought online, we were completely new to what real, lasting firm mattress and comfort can offer. This is especially important for us, as we want to ensure our parents are comfortable during their stays with us. We highly recommend visiting this Mattress Depot store to anyone looking for quality customer service, proactive guidance, and ofc, a mattress suited to your unique needs. There seemed to be an option...
