I've lived close to this store for almost 8 months now and decided to stop in today for the first time, thinking it was like a grocery store. Upon walking in, i quickly realized they weren't going to have what i needed but took a look around anyways since i took the time to get my toddler out of the car to come in with me. We walked around for about 30minutes looking at all the amazing things they have! I was so excited by what was in there but couldn't spend the money on things I didn't really need. Anyways, as I started walking out, i felt the cashier looking at me but there was clearly nothing in my cart. We put the cart away and walked to the car and after putting my daughter in her carseat, i noticed that the cashier (older white lady) had walked all the way out the door (it was pooring rain) and was taking a picture of us with her phone. I got in the driver's seat really confused as i was pulling away but then it hit me that I am pretty young, wearing sweatpants, and probably don't look worthy of shopping in a place with such nice things. But now i get to go to sleep tonight lnowing this old white lady probably called the cops on me and has a picture of me and my 3 year old in her phone sharing it with the whole neighborhood. I would love to go back and buy some of the things I saw and even planned on doing so, but now im scared someone will tackle me the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorld Market? I should go in this place more often and take a closer look at things. It really does remind me of the old "Pier One" store. Slightly more up scale. A huge selection of spices, flavors and general ingredients you will not find anywhere else, at least under one roof. I go there because they have good deals on incense and the brand I like is generally in stock which is something you can't count on from a lot of places these days. Another thing about this place is the selection of greeting cards. Out of the ordinary hilarious. It's distracting and I always find myself laughing too hard to go to check out right away.withbwhatvI stopped by for. There is definitely some nice furniture in there that you won't see elsewhere I've got my eye on a twin seat ratan chair for a window front spot at my cabin on the north fork. Gotta wait for the rain to go away to get it. All in all a neat place. Super clean and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in to find a rug and found one on clearance, almost a steal for $99! The girl Lee helped me get an extra discount through my phone so it was only $85. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of cool holiday stuff to look at. The blonde cashier Rylie was a treat to talk to! Very upbeat! My only gripes are I wish there was an app instead of texting for coupons and the aisles are really close together. It's hard for two people to cross each other in the food section if you both have shopping carts. The clearance is all spread out instead of one spot which is annoying to look thorugh but lee was nice enough to help me find them all. LOVE LOVE LOVE the British foods though!!! Will be coming back again!...
