Honestly, my 2 stars are only because the owners were very nice upon shopping. I really hate leaving negative reviews but feel like people need to be aware. I purchase my sectional which I loved right away in store. The delivery men were amazing. They got my sofa in extremely quickly when no other company could. I had been searching for 2 years for a sofa to fit in my house and no one could get it in my narrow hallway. These guys made it happen all without damaging my home or new sectional. Hereโs where my problem lies...I was sold a defective sectional. The Velcro on the frame went the opposite way from the Velcro on the Velcro on the cushions, so the cushions slide right off when you sit. I called the store and they said they would contact Ashley Furniture, which they did. They ordered me 2 new cushions because I guess thatโs all the insurance would allow...that did not fix the problems. For months on top of months on top of months I had to keep calling to bug them to try and fix this problem. They would contact Ashley furniture and get nowhere. They said they would call back and never did. I had to keep calling them to see what was up and got no where. Almost a year of this and nothing. So after paying 1000 for this sectional because I finance through them, Iโve been stuck with this stupid sectional that I need to constantly fix every 2 mins. They never even offered me a discount off of a new sectional which I would have appreciated. I love the look of this sectional and think they are nice people but they really dropped the ball and left me dissatisfied and disappointed. I honestly would rather support family owned businesses vs large companies, but this put a bad taste in my mouth. Been stuck with this sectional i canโt even get out of my house. Again the brothers are nice guys otherwise, the store is clean and has a nice selection....just buyer beware! This place was about 45 minutes away so we did some research first to check out their product โvsโ other furniture stores that carry the same Ashley line that they do. After understanding that this company owned by two brothers have the same quality furniture as Jordanโs, Ashley furniture, but their prices are lower by $500. To $800. Dollars. I gave the store a call before visiting and had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners. Our conversation went like we had been friends forever. Never did he seem uninterested in my questions, nor did I ever feel rushed. So we decided to go visit them the following day and wasnโt surprised to how we would be treated. They both take the time to answer your questions, they continue to research product for you while your looking . They make you feel like family, thatโs what you get when you go to these smaller businesses where the owners are the salesmen. I could go on but by now you should know that if your in the market for new furniture give this place a try, you wonโt be disappointed. We went in for a sofa and loveseat and left with a complete living room set for a great price. Thanks guys, keep up the great customer service. Me and Nicole are great full. The delivery that supposedly would be done in 15 days was made with 33 days of DELAY It was delivered AFTER 48 days and not 15 as promised. The request was incomplete, MISSING AN ARMCHAIR, that I payed and not delivered I have already called more than four times to the store and at each call inform me something different. On the first call I was told that I should remove the armchair in the store, which had already warned me (I was never informed) on the second call they said they would deliver the chair (no delivery) on the third call they said that the armchair was being manufactured and that they would deliver in 30 days (on the previous calls they said that I could withdraw in the store), on the fourth call they said they WILL NOT deliver, that I can not return, exchange or anything else.
I was very poorly treated on the phone and still hung up the phone laughing in my face. Anyway, I made a purchase and did not have any of the products delivered, besides the poor service and delayed delivery. I do not know what to do, therefore, I can not remove the armchair for not fit in my car and I still paid $ 150.00 for the delivery that happened incomplete. They refused to give my mone back. So my humble advice for you donโt but...
