Have you ever been to a dentist's office with 10 people doing nothing behind a desk? This place does the same thing with government weed. You'd think they were growing your order from start to finish back there. The irony is they never get your order right. After 9 months of waiting in line, your order will reach its 3rd trimester, at which point you will realize it's not yours and will be in a strange social situation where you have to decide if you wait another 9 months for them to still get it wrong and give you something else. While you wait, there will be a kiosk right next to you which you will have no choice but to be peddled to from, and this is unfortunately their best feature. At least their pens work, too bad they're for writing. AFTER they mutilate whatever it is you wanted, they'll upsell you on company notifications or current deals they have. (I wouldn't care about my job if I had a script that long either) if you say no, they won't understand what that means, 1 major factor of why they don't go through lines as fast as a 7 eleven with one employee. I was meaner than I normally like to be with this, but this is genuinely all constructive criticism, however funny I sound. They have a convenient location and I think that's why they have outlasted several rival dispensaries. My main two pieces of advice to this business would be to have one or two registers in front while there's a team in the back to assemble what's being ordered at the register in a much faster way, as well as to keep the kiosks in front of the building, 20 feet from the entrance, or at least not right in front of the second waiting area I don't care if their spliffs all canoo, I just want you to know sensei is the real best and the only reason I left...

For example, I made an online pre-order to stop by to pay, pick it up, and be on my way. They confirmed my order and time of pick up with a code number. Yeah, so I jumped in the car, drove over to the store, and went in for my $118 purchase, and now it's $160. I said I'm sorry. I ordered (2) halves, 1 oz. It's part of the Buds $99 deal. Then the story turns out to be, "We didn't have two half oz. to make a whole oz, so we gave you a bunch of 8ths to make an oz., and it will now cost you $160. What!? If you didn't have my ordered products, why did you say you did you confirm the order? Why didn't you honor the price you told me to pick it up after you made me drive out to your store? Then, when I asked to make a complaint, they gave me the runaround and never gave me any contact info to upper management or to the owners. We shouldn't support companies that only care about taking our money and treating us disrespectfully. Support the other dispensaries with the community. I smoke for pain management because of injuries; I didn't appreciate the runaround and lack of respect at all. I asked what the flavors were of the ounces on sale for 100. She said she didn't know. Ok, so I asked how many joints could I get with a Raw Cone. They were right in front of us. She said she didn't know. I said ok, is there someone else here I could talk to. She yelled to a few young women, "Has anyone tasted the ounces yet?" With huge annoyance. They said no. Another woman came over and I asked her about how many joints can I get using the Raw Cones. She said it depends how much you put in. At this point, the redhead leaned right into my face, opened her eyes wide and said with a smirk, "do you weigh yours?" At this point, I said Fk this I will go to the place near me. As I left I heard them all laughing. I am 64 and work in hospice, I was really looking forward to getting something from Bud's after a very long day. My partner and I will not go back there. We easily drop a few hundred a month. I have told a lot of people to go there because the staff is very friendly and educated. They are professional and drop lots of money on cannabis products.
