2nd is the NEW 1st — Attraction in Worth Township

So upset with this place. Yesterday I went in and was told by 3 different people that EVERYTHING in the store was 60% off, I ended up buying two different items and one was a futon. The futon was priced 150$ so I got 90$ off with the 60%. I paid for the futon and asked if I could come back today to pick it up. Today I came to pick up my futon and was told by someone new that they couldn't give me the futon I already paid for because whoever sold it to me should have only given me 25% off and not 60. I literally have a receipt that says I paid for the futon and it says "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" on the receipt, it's not my problem someone sold it to me for 60% and not 25%. And I'm still not sure why that one item was being sold for 25% when there are signs ALL OVER THE STORE that say everything is 60% off!!! They refused to give it to me unless I paid another 60$, but I could buy a brand new unused futon online for that price. Honestly I liked the store until this happened and would have come back and spent more money because there were other items I was interested in, but now I have no interest in ever going back. The guy working there today had no interest in making a deal because of their mistake and he kept acting like he was doing me a favor by just giving me a refund. Wow! You can tell a lot about a business by simply paying attention to how they respond to their reviews. To mock a customer for making a $2 purchase speaks volumes. As a business, you are supposed to remain professional one-hundred percent of the time, even when a review is unfavorable. Small business does not equate to being small-minded.

Update on 6-8-24: This Business loves attacking people for simply exercising their First Amendment right. When you take it upon yourself to reveal information on a public forum about your past customers, YOU make it everyone’s business and open the door for people to comment which is what I did.
