I went to Yakima Computer Solutions, with a problem regarding my windows version, needing help to get it from the 32 bit version of windows, to the 64 bit version. When I called Mike, about my problem, he said he would have no problem taking care of it, and was available for me to drop my computer tower off at anytime that day. When I dropped my tower off, he was very polite, welcoming, and showed his passion for working on computers, informing me on how he had just built a new computer recently. While my computer was with him for a large portion of the day, (due to installations that were required, taking a fairly long time) he had charged me only $65, which was far cheaper than I had expected when I initially started looking to get help. Mike really came through for me recently, he did a great job and was not only was he thorough he was fast! My 85 year old mom was the victim of fraud and worse, she ended up giving remote access to her computer in the process! We had to get the computer “cleaned” (removing the viruses/ spyware etc). She could not have use of her computer or access to her online banking etc until it was done. Mike was there for us when we needed help. He had her computer fixed and back to us on a Saturday afternoon! Thank You so much Mike!

Great local business! Mike gave me excellent personal service and I also overheard another customer thanking him and offering to bring more business his way. My initial review was negative because I left a message or two a few weeks earlier and received no response. Plus, another local business was closed during business hours and I was not too happy. But apparently, my experience with "Device Repair Yakima" was a fluke. Mike is very friendly and accommodating and the business space is very clean and orderly.
