I would give negative stars if possible. My wife and I had a bad customer service experience about 3 months ago and did wanted to ever go back. Tonight my daughter really wanted KFC so we decided to give it a nother chane. I ordered $70 worth of food, when I got to the window I handed my money to the drive through employee and he handed my change wadded up. Then handed me 2 bags of food and couldn't close the window fast enough. I sat there and waved my hand so he could see me. I asked for my ordered drink. The drive through employee said "o it's yours?" And again hurried to shut the window. Now for the second time I wave at him through the window, he opened the wind and said "ya" I said can I get ranch &to why are you in such a hurry to close the window?" He asked"what did you say"? I repeated. He said something under his breath and I left. Then called the manager where I got nothing but sarcastic answers and unprofessional answers that showed zero customer service and lack of caring. Then after I order and pay for the meals, they tell me there is a 5 min wait on the famous bowl. Ok whatever so I pull to the front of the store, waited 20 mins for the famous bowl....so for that wait, why couldn't I get the extra crispy chicken I wanted. Everyone else was getting it, but they told me they weren't making more. Then I get my meal and they messed it up. I specifically asked for 2 coleslaw in the combo and a side of Mac and cheese. Read moreI was at his KFC on Saturday, September 24. I purposely went inside to order so my order would be correct with face to face contact. No one was inside at the time, about 11:00 am. I waited a few minutes, then said “ hello” so I could get helped. A young female employee showed up, but was curt and seemed annoyed that I was there. She also answered the phone in the process of helping me and was gone for a minute or two! I ordered two individual meals with two legs in each, with the typical other things. When I got home, I had one leg and a thigh in each meal. 🥵. I will go to a different KFC from now on. Glad...
