BEST IN YAKIMA. After searching all over Yakima for the best bubble tea place, this is IT. Been here three times now, ordered a different blended tea drink each time (black sesame, PB/banana, and taro), and every time it has been FANTASTIC. Perfectly blended and creamy with lots of flavour. They use a lot of organic/all-natural ingredients. I always request my drinks on the less-sweet side, and they have always got it spot-on despite saying they are happy to remake it for me if it is too sweet. They are also always happy to listen to your preferences and make recommendations. The place is beautiful and clean, the music they have going is always a bop, and they usually have a funny drama playing on the overhead telly but not too loud or anything. I went to Bubbles & Co. specifically to try sake for the first time. I ordered a sampler of three different varieties ranging from clear to cloudy. Peter, one of the co-owners, wisely asked if I’d eaten recently which I had. The samples were comparable in size to a shot for hard alcohol. Peter explained the flavor profiles of the varieties and how they differed from each other, I found his descriptions to be accurate. He also mentioned to savor it for maximum enjoyment. I stopped by for the first time today and I was impressed! The owners were there and were so nice! Great folks here! 🤗 I ordered the butter mochi which was absolutely phenomenal! 😋 I've never had anything quite like it: buttery and sweet! I also ordered the bacon and goat cheese stuffed dates which were to die for! What a perfect juxtaposition of sweet with salty and savory!! Holy cow those were awesome!!
