Went into this place about a month ago and had a very good experience. I was quoted a price over spot for when I come in to buy silver. Guy working there and I had a mutual friend and I was looking to start a relationship with a local place to buy generic silver from a few times a month. Everything was great and I was happy.

Fast forward to my second visit, about two weeks after the first, and I had a 180 of an experience. The owner quoted me at $7 over spot for generic when I asked (absurd). I made mere mention of the fact another employee had told me less and asked if he could honor that today. His response was to explode at me, tell me to go somewhere else, and he become increasingly agitated. I calmly told him his behavior was unacceptable, left the store, and have not been back since.

My 93-year old mom loves her watches. But she's been frustrated for a couple of years now trying to get anyone to help her get the batteries in a couple of them replaced. Sounds like a trivial task, but it's taken so long that she had literally given up. But she trusted that once she got them into my hands, they would be fixed!
