Just had my son‘s 10th birthday there! We had a big party and I did get a call and they did up sell the package so he could invite more people. Our hostess Erica was great. She kept everything on task and made sure that we were done on time. It ended up costing $415 after everything.(with no extra fees charged for additional jumpers) they did come get us halfway through the birthday party and ask us to pay the remaining balance. They have you pay half upfront when you book the party and then the other half after the party whenever you sign up for a party packet. I picked a weekday because it was $100 cheaper, I may take my kids back individually, but I will definitely not do another birthday party there. The three large pizzas that were provided, barely fed the 16 kids that were there. They had three pictures of drinks that had to be chosen before anybody had an opinion, so I tried to choose the most common drinks kids liked. Whenever the party was over and we were leaving, my son, got to go pick out a free shirt and one free day jump pass-while he was choosing what he wanted, the lady who was running the register told me now is when I tip my hostess. I was a little offended because I had already been called out of the party to pay my remaining balance in the middle of the party, I wish they would’ve told me that then so I did not have to put a third charge on my card for this one party . I didn’t realize tipping the hostess was a requirement, but I did not mind because she was friendly. But really didn’t do much that we weren’t already doing. They do not let you come in early to decorate, when your party starts that is when you are allowed in the room, there was a little bit of a line when we arrived, so we ended up checking in at about 510 instead of 5 PM but we still have to leave by seven. They provide you with unlimited water, that was a plus. The kids had a blast, more than half of them left with Band-Aids on from either the slides or the basketball portion. The slides would shoot them off and they would slide off their mats and skin, their elbows and bleed. I was happy I had Band-Aids on hand. Overall, it was a great experience, but definitely a one time experience. It was extremely expensive, and not what I expected when it came to a party that large and for that price with the amount of food that they provided and the drinks they provided. The receipt provided with the guaranteed price since I booked early was for $375. I am not exactly sure where the extra charges came from since I did not have to pay for any extra jumpers or order any extra food or drinks. They did advise that I added a tip which I did. I got a statement from my bank, saying a total of $415.77 spent at...

TLDR was fun waited a lot don’t go on Saturday night if you do show up an hour earlier.

Short Story up front: place should/could be GREAT! Needs work on administrative processes. The line and crowds were massive granted it was Saturday but they’ve been open for months. Waited an hour. Place looks absolutely great! Kids had a blast on all the activities and devices. Employees were nice. Some of the patrons were nasty but not business’ fault.

Long story: showed up for a 6pm birthday and even parking was like an OKC Thunder game. Upon entering the bldg there are 3 long lines and a 4th even longer line with no labels or prompts hanging above them. There is a tiny sign at front of line which you can’t see until you wait in line for 20-30 minutes. 3 lines are for membership and 4th is for wrist bands/socks. Also 3 touch screen monitors over on the wall for filling out waivers which you must do before getting in said line. They need floaters out there herding people like cattle. Kids have to stand in line that long causing them to develop attitudes and everyone starts having a bad evening. Plus some Karen at the front of the line kept having kids cut the line and employees allowed it. (I know I’m the one sounding like a Karen oh well) The poor girl doing wrist bands was doing her level best! We applauded her at the end. Once arriving at the Party and hour late they informed us we could stay an extra hour so that was very nice. Avoided a bunch of angry mothers. The basketball area was basically high school kids only. Any small child going in there would definitely have a death wish. It sounded like a dang championship game in there so they were having a grand ole time. Good for them. This must be where the group of fowl mouth kids in line were headed. These kids in line were cursing up a storm and shouting a particular word that I’d get canceled for saying. Seems counterproductive. The zip line and “cliff dive” I’ll call it, was really cool. My 5 yr old was able to hold on which was impressive. My old butt was able to leap off and not feel it the next day. The dodgeball area was legit and had a employee present. Those kids were taking it very seriously! I lasted 3 minutes. Hey longer than usual! ;) The massive slides were a hit with my family wife, 12, & 5yrs little rough but we made it. They put carnival slides to shame! Trampoline area was wild as usual but no complaints. Didn’t get to use arcade area. Bathrooms were very clean. Pizza was good. Basically don’t go on Saturday night if you do show up an...

Hopefully the review opens their eyes for some small changes to make a huge impact on the experience. People pay for experiences the don’t pay to jump on trampolines.

First off this place has the potential to be super awesome, definitely could be a great place to take the kids.

But the trouble start as soon as you walk in.

There are ALOT of words all over the place but no CLEAR DIRECTION.

We arrived around 6 for the Glow party Saturday evening. There’s at least 20-30 people standing around the front doors and in the lines to buy tickets. There’s nothing or nobody directing traffic.

Stand inline for about 20 minutes only to be turned around and told we need to go fill out the waiver before buying wrist bands and shoes
 that’s absolutely ridiculous.

Once you finally get in for the kids to play each individual area has a whole list of rules in small print that 100% of NOBODY is reading.

Which means silly little rules like “1 at a time” or “stay in your own lane” are constantly broken because the only people in the building that know the rules are the staff.

Which leads to the staff being frustrated the whole time they are on the clock just blowing their whistles at everything they see.

On the zip line and the cliff jump, a simple but very large sign on the wall right above them in glowing colors that said 1 at a time would be cool.

Example pictures of how each thing is used would also be a great idea since there are tons of smaller children in there that cannot read.

Make it to where a toddler could figure most of it out without accidentally breaking rules. Everyone would be a lot happier in there.

Oh and let’s talk about this free pizza that comes with the glow party. Why is it now blatantly obvious that you need to stand in a totally different line for that?

There was a guy that almost fought the guy at the cafe counter because he stood in line with his 4ish yr old daughter for at least 30 min, only to be told that he was in the wrong line!

The concept is amazing, the experience needs some work to make it incredible as well. This place has the potential to be one of the most fun...
