Target — Local services in Yukon

I am livid, and this store just let a thousand dollars walk away. I am still sitting in my car in the parking lot because this review can not wait. I went shopping here with my mother and my 8 month old son on 05/25/2021, we got to the store around 6:20pm. My mother came to help me shop for a whole new wardrobe as mine is mostly donated clothing, and no longer my size after having my son. I had saved up for months and my mother was helping me because I have a back injury and any parent knows how difficult it can be trying to focus while shopping with a baby. I chose target because I liked their style and unlike shopping online I can try on these item before buying them, my size has changed so much that trying on clothes first is a must, as I do not even know what size pants will fit. I made sure that the dressing room was open. Because again, this is one of the main reasons I chose to go to an actual store. The lady working the dressing room department continued to make eye contact with me and my mother for over an hour as we worked our way from the front of the clothing department by the bathing suits all the way back to the clearance racks by the changing rooms, the lady never said anything more than “Hi” as we continued to fill an entire shopping basket with what would have been my new wardrobe. I did not mind the lady not asking us if we needed help, we were on a mission and I actually felt bad for bugging her because my baby was starting to get fussy. We mentioned on several occasions to each other that we were trying to hurry and get these clothes tried on so we can get this fussy baby home for bed, I thought maybe that was why this lady kept looking at us. We finally made it all the way to the dressing rooms and were sorting who had what so I could ask the lady for a room.. while sorting through the overflowing shopping cart, a manager walks by and calls to the lady working the department for her to follow him... both of them completely ignored us and walked away. Then my mom looks over to a sign saying the dressing rooms are closed... even the other customers had noticed this situation. We stood there waiting for 20 minutes and no one ever came back... there are simply no words to describe how frustrating and rude that was to do to us... we had spent over an hour in that area, we were noticed by several employees and not one time did anyone care to mention that they we’re going to close the dressing rooms... even if this manager decided to not take a few minutes to meet with this employee and then she would be back to help us, I would have gladly waited. But no one said a word to us as we stood in front of the dressing rooms ready to spend at least a thousand dollars. I was so offended that I didn’t even want to buy the non clothing items that I picked up... I unloaded all of the clothes from the basket and left them on the desk of the changing rooms. Then walked out with my sleepy baby without spending a dime. And I will not be back. I’ll take my money to a place with proper communication and customer service. Complete and utter...

Yesterday I went to target to find a pink shirt to wear for a funeral (pink was requested) and the two employees staffing the changing rooms were quite rude. One was talking on a radio and when I asked the lady removing items from the rack to put back if there was a limit to what i could take in, i was snapped at and told no, and to bring the items i didn't want back to them, in a tone that implied i was stupid. Then she followed me into the changing rooms and went into the stall next to mine. She proceeded to stay in there until i was finished and then when i left the room she slammed open her door and rushed passed me. When i told her i did not want 2 of the 4 items i had taken in she looked me up and down and walked off without saying a word. I was at a loss of words and so i hung my items on the rack and went to check out. The only reason i am giving 3 stars is because the young lady at the register was so polite and happy and ready to assist that she deserves the 2 extra stars. I was doing a shipt order and the lady called Christine says a shipt order I said yes she walked away from me to help a person at self check out she was relieving another person for a break it was about 8:00 pm on the January 12. It was about 8 items that would fit in a basket she was saying for a prepaid I needed to go all the way back to the beginning of self check out and behind people I said to her I never did that with prepaid and she gave me a smirk I said I’ve been doing it more than two years and never needed to do that she said with another smirk she been at target for 4 years I didn’t know why she said that but then after giving me a hard time she checked my items and didn’t say what amount the order was I asked g her why and she again smirked at me I said to her what’s funny I am doing a job am working I didn’t know what she was thinking but I know this hasn’t happened to me before and all the self check out employees are great I’m in there everyday I hope no one else goes through this because she (Christina) is...
