There must be a reason why customers have been shouting at the clerk every time I've visited this business.
Oh well, plenty of other shops in the city.
UPDATE
I most certainly had my phone serviced at this location. The young man who helped me has a "King" chess piece tattoo on his left forearm. The manufacturer will not even work on this phone now, because it was opened by an independent repair shop. It was a total loss after Jumptronics performed a sub-par repair.

He may not work there anymore, but he is the one who serviced my phone. If I recall, his name was Tyler. And yes, I sent my phone to the manufacturer and they told me they wouldn't fix it. There's a reason google won't remove this review, because I was definitely in your shop. I definitely told you that I was going to post a review on Google, and your exact words were "that's fine" and you pointed to the door. That was your final chance to fix my phone. I have no desire to call you, I already purchased a new phone.
Maybe if you ran your business with a shred of honesty and credibility then you wouldn't be having issues like this? Like I said, I have seen 4 different people get irate in your store, to the point of yelling, it was traumatizing for me AND my child.
I have plenty of other positive reviews for other businesses in the Mustang/Yukon/OKC area. Why would I create a random review? You are attempting to delegitimize my experience instead of taking responsibility, which seems to be your modus operandi.
I will continue to update this review as this business continues to lie, because more potential customers deserve to know the truth.
Last thing, most of the 5 star reviews on this page have one or two reviews and all of the verbiage seems similar. You seem to be literally engaging in what you're accusing...
Read more10/10 If your on Google looking at this then Read DEEP. I went to Geek Squad first. After three transfers and 2 hours later I find that Geek squad is to lazy to do anything that isnt basic on my computer. To run a program that was already installed on my computer. After googling it on the phone (cause I waited forever) I ran it on the phone and they said they charge $100 dollars to do that exact thing. They said if that's not good enough let's sell you a new one. What losers.
It's the equivalent of me changing my tires in someone's parking lot but they charge me man hours for something they never touched. I hate people that try and steal from me.
BUT LET ME TELL YOU ALL ABOUT JUMPTRONICS!!!
George an intelligent man answered my phone call at 5:50!!! They close at 6pm. This man listens to my long story and issues with my Laptop. No rudeness. No rushing. ALL UNDERSTANDING. he gave me his Flat opinion and this man goes the extra mile of telling me who would be the expert in his store for my exact issue.
His Advice alone saved me from purchases that are completely unnecessary. My bill this morning was in the Hundreds, multiple purchases, and in the end I'd be buying a new laptop.
With the patience and advice of Jumptronics. ILL BE CUTTING OUT THE THEFT OF UNEDUCATED OPINIONS WITH PREVIOUS COMPANIES!
Want more good news. Jumptronics is attuned with there field so well, that They communicated and resolved my issue so fast, I had time to make this post not thirty minutes away from my initial phone call. HERE THAT GEORGE!! I can't give a man better praise. Thank you for actually knowing the job you do. I'll be sending in some business from now on

It could be fixed so I bought a refurbished phone same model as I had.. except they explained to me that the face recognition didn’t work. I thought.. no big deal bought it took it home and realized it was a bigger thing. I used face recognition A lot.So I went back up there and inquired about upgrading it.. saying it was my fault. The guy( store manager) said that phone had been brought back 3x prior and they explained it didn’t have the FR right? I said yes.. I’d like to buy a different phone. He was very put off and actually said “ I just don’t have time for any of that.. I’d have transfer all your data..etc”. then hastily asked to look at my phone. I asked him for my phone back and told him that I’m not doing business with him due to his attitude. I guess you don’t need my business! He agreed that he didn’t but thank you for coming in and dismissed me quickly. I left the store really ticked off.. and went back in to get his name..but another employee named Chris asked me what the problem was? I explained things to him.. Chris completely turned the situation around and met my needs.. even apologizing for his “manager”. I thanked him for his willingness to help me out and Fix my need. I’m in sales myself.. and you never treat a customer like they don’t matter. My opinion.. I’ll go back again as long as Chris works there.
